Breakfast was good value. Lots of choice. Front desk staff very helpful and kind. Facility is immaculate. No facecloth in bathroom (but I gather this is common to all continental Europe).

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to public transport and nearby amenities. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the hotel was exceptionally clean throughout. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection of options. Access to the hotel entrance can be challenging, particularly when carrying luggage, and may also present difficulties for guests with reduced mobility. Additionally, there was no refrigerator in the room.

Location is great, rooms are big and breakfast is very good , quality and selection. No easily accessible by car or taxi, or at least it’s not clear how or where they should go in to get the closest

It is located right next to the Danube, where you can find many nice places and restaurants nearby. It is quite easy to reach city center and HBF by subway/U1. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is definitely worth the money. Nothing

“This hotel has an employee who severely discriminates against tourists. In the evening, I finished my takeaway meal in the lobby. I cleaned up the table, everything was perfectly tidy. Then I politely asked this employee if I could use a rubbish bin. He said he would not provide any bin for me and told me to go outside the hotel to find one on the street – it was already 11 p.m. His tone was very discriminatory and rude. I calmly placed my takeaway containers on the table, hoping that he would fulfil his job and provide proper service. He then threatened to call the police. I asked for his name and requested to speak to his manager. He told me that I did not need to talk to anyone and should just wait for the police.” “Now I’ve finished washing up, I’m lying in bed ready to sleep and waiting for the police to arrive – what an interesting trip to Vienna, and such friendly hotel service.”
