The location, the rooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable The breakfast was also nice
-
Wish there was coffee available in the room

The A/C was difficult to navigate and manage in concert with the window. Would have liked a gym on site.

The hotel was beautifully decorated. It had a very creative and eclectic touch to the room. I loved it. Everything was very comfortable, and the staff were excellent. All good.
-
Super cosy, clean and quiet room, could really not be any better. Loved the style of the hotel. Great breakfast buffet as well!
-
Very clean room. Plenty of choice for breakfast. From fresh pressed smoothies, to juice¸ and bread. Both healthy choices and continental eggs and bacon. In the evening you can enjoy tasty pinsas. WiFi was excellent. Staff was really forthcoming and always ready to help.

The location for my work was excellent. Being so close to the metro line meant 10minutes to the city center Breakfast was expensive. Good but costly
-
The location very close to the Vienna International Center and not far from the city center was just ideal for me. The checkin is simplified, my room was ready when I arrived around 8:00, hours before the normal checkin time of 3:00 pm. Most of the staff are friendly and the breakfast was good. One staff doesn't seem to be fit for her job working with people. A bit unfriendly

Staff was good, building was satisfying, inside was great Air conditioner sometimes let stinky air, room was unwell cleaned

A very stylish and pleasant hotel. We stayed in December and the room was warm and comfortable. We absolutely loved the window sill where you can lie down and watch outside. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable and we slept really well. We also liked the shower cosmetics - they smelled amazing! A huge plus is the gas station shop nearby that works 24/7, we went there several times to buy water and snacks. It takes about 3 minutes to walk to Kaisermühlen VIC metro station. The area felt safe even for evening and night walks. It takes around 12 minutes by metro to get to the city center, which is very quick and convenient. We ordered schnitzel and strudel at the hotel restaurant. The schnitzel did not look like a traditional one and was more like cutlets. This was unexpected and we were not warned about it. However, the taste was still okay.

This hotel location is why I chose to stay here. 5 min walk to train station which we used during our whole stay. We were 3 people so it was spacious for 3 people and loved that we each had our own twin bed with two desks. Staff were friendly and the hotel it itself is clean and nice. Loved that they had on display all the Christmas markets and times. There is also great cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Would stay here again. Great stay. No complaints.

Nothing.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff in the restaurant and front desk was friendly and helpful. Loved that I can check in and check out from the hotel app, as well the keys were digital. Very convenient location as VAB3 stops right in front of the hotel if coming from the airport, also metro stop is right across the street. We enjoyed our stay, definitely will recommend!
-
The hotel is very nicely designed really beautiful chick and cool. The bed was comfortable. I had to work in the room which did not have a chair just a stool but I asked to get a chair and the brought one immediately. The breakfast is amazing and the hotel restaurant is good. I loved the hotel but The location is not great. It was near the conference center. How ever it really a 12 min walk to the entrance and that is if you know how to short cut through some grass and under the subway bridge. The international Vienna center does not allow you to pass through so you have to go around. If it is raining that is not great and there is no bus that shortens the walk. The subway station however is close to the conference center center entrance so it makes sense to stay in the city where there is much more stuff to do in the evening after the conference then to stay at the hotel. There is really no nice places near the hotel. However the hotel restaurant is good. So that is good option.

There are not enough slippers and a bidet in the toilet
-
Loved this little gem of a hotel. The decore is very fun and light and warm. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant exceeded expectations It’s a bit of a walk if you want to explore the central city but U train is close and easy to use
-
Just next to the conference center, near mid town, and airport bus and subway jus in front No area for indoor exercise. No multipurpose shops nearby - foot distance.

The best thing about Hotel Schani UNO City is its location. It’s just a short walk from Donaupark, one of Vienna’s most beautiful green spaces, and about 10 minutes from the nearest metro station. Another feature that stood out to me was the fully digital check-in system. There’s no traditional reception desk . I chose to use WhatsApp as my main contact method, and their responses were always quick and helpful. This digital, guest-friendly approach is something I haven’t experienced in over ten years of traveling. The design and atmosphere of the entrance are also quite unique. The hotel’s front café blends naturally. The first time I walked in, I honestly wasn’t sure if it was a hotel or a stylish coffee shop, which added to its charm and contemporary vibe. We stayed in the Smart Family Room, which was spacious, clean, and perfect for families. It had two large beds and one queen bed, offering great comfort and plenty of space. The room was thoughtfully designed. One of the nicest touches was the cultural detail inside the room. On the table, I found a magazine and a copy of "The Third Man" by Graham Greene (in German). Discovering this novel encouraged me to learn more about its connection to Vienna, where its story is set. It was a small but meaningful gesture that added a literary and local flavor to my stay -- something you don't often find in hotels. While my overall stay was pleasant, there were a few things that I found disappointing. The room lacked basic amenities that I usually expect from hotels in this price range. There was no coffee machine, refrigerator, or microwave in the room. In my previous stays at hotels in Vienna and Madrid, all of these were available free of charge, so their absence here felt inconvenient -- especially for a family stay. What I found particularly surprising was that the coffee machine was not complimentary. Instead, guests need to pay around 8 euros to get a coffee setup with capsules. For a hotel with such a modern concept and relatively high price, I think these amenities should be standard and included. It gave the impression that the hotel cuts back on small comforts that make a big difference to guests.

Location, clean and modern

It was really comfortable and had all the facilities. It’s a bit expensive for the location.
