Great location in the middle of the city everything is reachable in walkable distance, the AC was a bit weak, the staff were great Nothing all good, the parking was very high 36 eur in a day

This hotel merits the highest rating we can provide. Among the key considerations: the superb attention and courteousness of the staff, the dimension, features (bed, bath, etc.) and cleanliness of our room, the absolutely sumptuous breakfast buffet overlooking the plaza, and most certainly the central location adjacent to the main pedestrian streets and metro stations. Most historic and cultural sites are within walking distance. The accomodations were not inexpensive but were reasonable to us, considerating the positive considerations. N/A

The hotel is located on a charming historic street lined with shops and restaurants, and is within easy walking distance of several train stations. Our room was modern, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We also opted for the hotel's breakfast, which cost €21 per person. There was a good variety of options, and we found it to be excellent value for the price. I would stay here again. The Wi-Fi only worked for about 25% of our stay, which was quite frustrating, especially when trying to plan our days or stay connected. One thing to be aware of is that there are stairs leading to one of the elevators. This may be inconvenient if you're travelling with heavy luggage or have mobility concerns.

The finishings are old. The plumbing is poor and leaky taps. The carpet looks dirty but it just old, and some of the baseboard carpet is tearing away from the walls. The tiles and grout in the shower are in poor condition.

Air conditioning didn't work well (this was during a heatwave, they told us their system was overwhelmed), and the wifi did not work. They also did not have the world cup game on the TV, which wouldn't have been a problem if their wifi was unable to even load google.com, let alone a video for the stream :( They also charged 2x prices on weekends for laundry service (which was good though very expensive)

The air conditioning was just ok, needed to be a little cooler in there. We were also visiting during a crazy heat wave so that didn't help.

Excellent central location.Very comfortable beds. Cons:Rigid policies (absolutely no early check-in before 3:00 PM).Unfriendly and unwelcoming staff.Very expensive breakfast.Cleanliness was just average, not quite up to 4-star standards.

Breakfast was well done and the staff here were all very professional and welcoming. The bed was comfortable. Rooms are a little run down and it is impossible to use the shower without spraying water out of the door unless you stand under it while it warms up with the door closed. Does anybody want to do that? You can clearly see the wear and tear in the rooms. Nothing you can’t look past but not “nice” by any means.

The hotel has an excellent location in the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning in the room was too cold, and guests could not adjust it from inside the room because it was centrally controlled. This made me feel uncomfortably cold during my stay.

Location Layout of room undesirable.. waste of space, not good use of spaces

The location. The reception staff were nice enough during check in yet any other time I walked by they never greeted people. There were also many guys who reeked of smoke just hanging out in the lobby. It was not a welcoming space at all…. Very different than any other hotel I have stayed in!
