This is a proper hotel with old-fashioned values of courtesy and a high standard of presentation. The location is very central with easy access to all the attractions, either on foot or by metro. The room was really comfortable and spacious (which is unusual in a single room). The standard of daily servicing was excellent. I thought breakfast was a little over-expensive, though the buffet has a lot of choice and the quality is good.

Unique charm of this hotel in the heart of Vienna. Excellent breakfast. Well maintained infrastructure, totally different from the usual "renovated" and "refurbished" hotels. All great.

The location is perfect for touring and shopping. It is clean and very quiet. The staff is so kind and helpful and perfectly polite. I cannot praise the front desk staff enough for advice and helpfulness. While my husband loved the firm mattress, I found it too hard. Otherwise there was nothing we didn’t like.

The staff were nice, good location. The bed is hard as a rock, pillows are like pancakes, lots of City noise and our heat unit made awful noises throughout the night. I barely slept.

The staff was very helpful and it has a prime location, the hotel is very clean and they have a coffee machine 24 hours free of charge. The breakfast was very limited

Superb location and elegant ambiance with very professional staff and good breakfast. The room was small with no desk or table and chair to sit and write. The interiors are a bit faded and worn though I like the old wood floors.

Our room was beautiful and large. It was cleaned everyday to a very high standard. Breakfast was really excellent. Location cannot be beaten. Everything we wanted to see was walkable. Nothing!

Breakfast is comparable to other European hotels the staff is very nice location is outstanding very enjoyable four night stay we will returning to Vienna in a few weeks and look forward to staying there again

Superb location and a charming traditional hotel They thankfully gave me an early check in and I was upgraded to a double room as well They are trying to keep the old charm but there are some outdated furniture that needs renovation The room could do with an electric kettle or a coffee maker!
