The best location Lack of concern for guests’ needs & belongings. We left the injectable medicine for diabetes inside the refrigerator, we came back for it the same day but have learned the staff disposed it.

Very hip, modern hotel in an amazing location! The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The staff was so accommodating and friendly, especially Nicolas & Veronica! :) The sushi restaurant was incredible with a perfect view of the cathedral. I would definitely stay here again! N/A

Perfect location, comfy room. Breakfast was served as an Austrian breakfast, after my complain the manager has offered us to order anything from the kitchen. Very clean.

The staff made it SO easy to drive to the hotel. They took care of everything - parked the car and took luggage up. When we left we had stowed our luggage for the day and when we were ready to leave they loaded all luggage in car and brought it as close to hotel as they could. I was not expecting that - they were excellent!! The blossoming orange trees on the balcony were absolutely lovely and smelled so good. The handwritten note on the bar with some chocolates, fresh fruit, and lovely flowers were all a very nice touch!! Would have been better to have some breakfast choices - not everyone enjoyed all of it while others loved all of it.

The location was excellent, right across from St Stephen’s cathedral, Christmas market and shops. Subway station about 50 feet from hotel entrance. Staff, namely concierge and reception were very friendly and helpful. Turned on the water faucet and there was no water! We were not given any notice of this. And this happened twice! Housekeeping was spotty. One of the 2 cleanings requested did not remove our used cups and coffee pods, and bathroom replenishments Breakfast had very limited menu. A kettle was provided in the room but not any tea bags so bring your own tea.
