המיקום לא עשה עלינו רושם. B&B בסיסי אבל לגמרי עונה על הצורך של לישון לילה אחרי טיסה.

No wifi connection on the upper floor

Not enough lights in the room. I don't like carpets at all. There isn't a small fridge. They didn't take the trash even once. We stayed for 3 nights.

Location and clean place

There was some street noise.

It was the most beautiful moment!

One of main advantages of this hotel is an underground parking for visitors with cars. The hotel is next to the tram stop and has a direct connection to the city center - especially important for tourists. Clean and relatively spacious rooms with all needed facilities. The reception staff is supportive and friendly. Good coffee for breakfast. Excellent hotel in this price range. The parking process itself is uncomfortable because to access the parking space the guest must register all visitors and only after receive access to the parking area. Finding the public spot is difficult with unknown parking system makes parking at the garage difficult. Limited breakfast options - only one hot meal option with few cold meals.

Good enough if you’re not staying for more than one night The whole hotel smelled like something very weird, the rooms also smelled like whatever they were using to clean and it was not a good smell. It was not the best hotel I stayed in Vienna tbh.

Rooms are small and can hear people in the hallway
-
The room was cozy and warm and the entire design of the hotel is nice The only thing I didn’t like is the location, it is on a busy road further from the city center and next to construction work, but in the end that didn’t present any issues as public transport is amazing in Vienna and regarding the construction site, we didn’t hear a thing as the isolation and windows are amazing

I liked pretty much everything about it. The location, the breakfast and the staff were very nice and professional I would have liked for a water boiler in the room, if at all possible. Other than that, I have no complaints

A little bit pricey.

No cleaning and changing towels during our stay

The room was spacious and the breakfast sufficient. Everything was great.

1. Clean and comfortable interior from entrance to room. Room was nicely decorated and had plenty of space for rolling open our luggage bags. 2. There wasn't a dedicated luggage storage room, but reception was able to help safely store our bags for us in the staff area for the duration of our early arrival before check-in time. 3. Snacks vending machine in hotel lobby for quick bites without having to leave the building. 1. No complementary coffee/tea with the room we booked, although this is a very minor factor that was hardly detrimental to our stay. 2. Distance from Hetzendorf train station is close enough to be convenient, but might still be a slight bit far for those not used to walking (or those with heavy luggage). There's a tram stop just a few steps down the road outside the hotel to take passengers to an alternative station, Wien Meidling.

The position of the hotel is very good: not too central, but with very good connections (tram and bus literally in front of the door, and s-bahn a short 5 mins walking distance) to center. Structure is quite new and modern, there are many eating alternatives in a short (public service) distance. Some of the staff (afternoon/evening shift) were very kind and helpful. Rooms are quite modern and spacy. Price is pretty good for this position in Vienna. The rooms (or at least the one we used, a family one under the roof, so windows may be a bit worse than normal) can be quite noisy as there is a tram and a quite busy road just in front of the hotel and the windows obviously do not shield the noise much. Some of the personell, the morning shift, was not too kind and responsive, maybe also due to being a bit overworked. Breakfast overall was good, but if you come at the wrong moment when something (ie. sweets, milk or fruit) finished, you may well not get anything served till you leave (even immediately asking, you will get a response that they are working on it and then it may arrive 5 or 50 minutes after).

It would be great to have hot food selection available at breakfast.

Everything was ok
-
The staff was very friendly (Hungarian girl specially) Bed were comfortable enough Quiet area and 1 good restaurant nearby (Otto) Good cheap fresh draft beer at the Reception No fridge, no kettle and no other facilities usually in a hotel like this. No tea or coffee in the room. Parking was extra 15 EUR, but you can park outside near as well Everything cost extra: early checkin, late checkout, parking, breakfast (15 eur / per person) Expensive for what it is offering

We loved that the hotel has a parking garage. The tram stops in front of the hotel and takes you directly to the center of Vienna in about 20 minutes! The hotel was super clean and the staff were incredibly nice. Everything was perfect and our stay in Vienna was amazing!
