great staff. parking. everything was great

Access to public transport and overall was expecting a bit more budget friendly.

It was comfortable and clean

I liked nothing. Everything. Furniture was broken, walls had marks on them, mold in the shower, curtains broken, stains on the carpet, beds feel like temporary cots. Bed sheets felt like the cheapest thing they could find. When I looked out of the window, the roof had trash on it.

The room was clean and spacious, we had a nice balcony as well. The location is a bit further from the main tourist destinations but it is value for money and the metro station is quite close from the hotel. Nothing as such.

10 mins to the metro, just towels in room nothing more.

The location was so close to grocery store. Quiet neighborhood and easy to get main attractions from the hotel. The staff were so friendly specially Ceme. The room has only a tv remote control.

Great price, booked in the evening and was able to check in late (10pm) due to 24h check in desk The room had a huge spider in it, which might be ok but there was Also some sort of bug on the wall and another bug in the couch. Not sure what it was but some sort of carpet beetle or something.

Really thin walls. You can hear people talking loudly or fighting. Not so clean. Upon arrival, the staff at the desk was kind of rude and impolite. Luckily it was just four one night.

/ After booking an apartment for a family with two children, we were offered two different rooms but they were not close to each other, while the entrance door to one room would not open after it was locked. In the morning, the cleaning staff were taking down the rack with clothes that needed to be changed in the rooms but were also shouting loudly in the corridor, making us wake up with fear of what had happened!

Ileft VIDIN Bulgaria at 07:00 morning by car and tried to find a cheep room to stay sleapi only. So

i like nothing about this property, everything was messed up there is no Wifi , there is construction going on in the back side , there is no AC in the whole building, the rooms are so conjusted and suffocated , we paid money for leisure and comfort but we didn’t found any of these , it was a horrible experience all the staff was new , i recommend not to book this hotel i didn’t like this hotel and its far from airport also .

Very reasonably priced, and close to subway station. The rooms and the hotel were quite dirty -- stained carpets, etc.; after the first night, Wifi in the rooms didn't work. The furniture in the rooms was in quite bad shape.

The reception guys are really nice and helpful. The staff at front desk is 5 * level hotels. Overall cleanliness. Messy rooms / bathrooms. Bring your own towels to be safe.

Clean room in a very standard hotel. In a quieter neighborhood but there are a few options for food nearby as well as two different train stations you can use to get to the city center. Very friendly and helpful staff!

We arrived about midnight. Room was dirty with linen unchanged after previous guests. Very nice receptionist had to look for another clean room. It took about 2 hours to find another. They are looking for cleaning staff now.

The location and only that. The staff were very rude and not understanding, the room is not clean everything has some sort of a stain.

The breakfast was not bieng replenished at all.

Exceptional

The space of the apartment and comfortable bed .peace and quiet .decent towels and friendly staff . Difficult to fix I know , but hard floors in apartment, I would like thick carpets. But I doubt it's practical.
