Every thing Nothing

Bathroom is divided, there is a room for the toilet but it's very small and not well ventilated sometimes.

Il parcheggio all'esterno dell'hotel è a pagamento ed è sosta breve (max 2 h) e quello interrato dell'hotel costa 24€.

Convenient location closer to U bahns and Bus stop. Very good ambience and facilities. Will definitely come again
-
Slight smell of cigarettes in the room and throughout the hotel. Not many places to eat in the immediate vicinity, although close to a grocery store and pharmacy.

Every thing , The breakfast was amazing ? no free parking ?

Charming hotel in a quiet suburb....Reasonably priced for Vienna.
-
Breakfasts became simpler and cheaper, comparing to previous years.

Pillows were meh. Everything else was good.

The reception staff were friendly, the bed linen and towels were clean, and the air conditioning worked properly. There was dirt and someone else's hair on the bathroom floor.

I would definitely come back to Vienna and stay here because everything was fantastic about this hotel. Its super easy to get here via public transport. The location is quiet/peaceful and if needed there is a supermarket about 5 mins away on foot. The room was spacious, comfortable and equipped with the necessary things for a couple of nights plus it had a lovely view of the garden; we even saw deers from the window. The breakfast was one of the best highlights of this place with its rich buffet style. You can't access garden but at least during breakfast you can sit outside if the weather is nice.

The toilet was smelling. I have already paid on booking.com, but when I arrived in the evening for self-check-in, the machine asked me to pay again, which I did. I informed the receptionist today, and she was kind and asked to send her the two payment confirmations. I think (and i hope) that my duplicate payment will be returned, but i do not think that such a self-check-in system is fine in this way...

Large luxurious rooms and the hotel is close to small supermarkets one side of the neighbourhood looks a bit sketchy but the immediate surrounding is nice residential area
-
Nice stay at the hotel. Easy access (no need for the receptionist to check in, very smooth). Amazing view through the room windows with the rear garden. Very pleased!

The hotel doesn't have a 24-hour reception.
