Best Western Plus Celebrity Suites

Good location and nice hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Parking was 18€ per day with 70€ deposit. I know it's hard to find parking in the city but this seems like a bit much.

Great room & bathroom. Air conditioning. On site parking. Within 5mn walk from the metro station, restaurants & shops. Quiet street. Friendly, professional staff.

Great location proximity to areas around the city. The two bedroom unit was perfect for our 4 person family. The immediate area is a little bit rougher than we’d like but it was very centrally located.

Extra large two bedroom apartment with cooking facilities and secure bike parking. Washing machine available for use. The toilet needed a service as the smell permeated the room.

Its a perfect hotel for a stay with family, the room is really spacious with the sofa bed n the king bed n the kitchen facilities are full fledged with all the amenities you need to make storing and cooking food possible. The bath tub is an amazing advantage to relax and the extended terrace to relax and have your meal or a drink or two. The location is in a quiet place but easily accessible with one of the stops of the Hop Off Hop on bus just 2-3 minutes by walk at the Danube Tier The reception staff was extremely helpful who alloted the room much earlier than the normal check in time which was a blessing after a full night flight with children Nothing.

Room size

It was great having kitchen amenities as well as the service and comfort of a hotel! It was quiet and the U-Bahn was very close. Coffee was provided to get you started; additional pods cost one euro--reasonable. (Or instant for free.) Separate WC and bathroom was a plus. Only issue was a broken drawer. The location wasn't the most convenient for seeing the main sights of Vienna, but it worked for us.

I liked the location. Easy to get into town.

That there was a laundry room, though it was a pig sty. Staff. Water temp and pressure. Location was rough; it's obviously a converted apartment and higgly-piggly with how it's all assembled. Worn and old and not decorated in any consistency, other than cheap pictures of celebrities. Bathrooms were weird (toilet in a separate room; small & narrow sink with motion-sensor water) and water came through poor seals around shower door. We thought getting a Best Western Plus would ensure a certain level of quality but that was a no go. Best Western should take their name off this place.

The rooms were absolutely clean and were kept clean during our entire stay. The bathroom was clean and fresh. The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. The location was great very near to the train station, a shopping mall and accessible to grocery shops like Penny which is only a minute's walk away. Distance to the Vienna airport was also good.

The staff are friendly, the room is spacious, the temperature is great and easy to adjust via the AC unit in the room and the heaters. Breakfast is great. The location of the hotel is also good near lots of supermarkets, a famous church, and the metro. The property didn’t do any room cleaning for 8 days! They will only take out the garbage or replace a towel but not clean the room. I would’ve obviously preferred a room cleaning once every 4 days for example instead of 8. 8 days is disgusting to be using the same sheets in my opinion. Also the knob on the heater in the bathroom was broken so the heat was on 24/7 and there was no way to turn that off.

There's a small supermarket nearby. 10 min to metro by walk. Very close, there's a church and a playground The door was stuck sometimes, and we needed to call reception. But in general, it's all good.

Was dirty, confusing setup, the second bed was a couch full of stains, the tv did not work very well, the breakfast was ok but nothing special. The parking was ok but with a 50 euro cash deposit for a key. Overall I would not recomend.

The room is spacious and modern at a good price point and right across the street from the Francis of Assisi church. Breakfast was also really good for one night, there were macarons, a fruit basket with kiwis among others, as well as multiple types of juices like apple juice, orange juice, currant juice, and others! Everything at breakfast was refilled quickly and breakfast was very quiet and peaceful. The temperature was also great in the room and you had decent control over it with the AC unit. There were still hairs from previous guests stuck on the bathroom walls and in the shower. Multiple types of hair too so possibly accumulated over multiple guests?

Large clean room. Good breakfasts, good location close to metro.

The door on the shower was broke so we had to take a bath. The water wasn’t hot enough. We had to boil water to take a warm bath.

Good location, close to u-bahn station (less than 5 minutes walk). Spacious room and well equipped. Stuff was very nice, gave us an early checkin since our flight landed early And they make us a breakfast to go since we left early. None

Very good breakfast. Supermarket near by. Kettle is leaking. Chairs making noise like about to break down under me. Very small Sink in bathroom located under the small cap board which makes it impossible to brush teeth or wash your face. Room’s parcket floor makes noise under every step one is walking. Toilet’s seat it not properly fixed at it’s place.
