The representative who greeted us was incredibly nice, patient, and welcoming, and fulfilled every request we had. The rooms are beautiful, cozy, clean, and well-equipped.

Close to Prater, the main thing we wanted to visit so it was the perfect hotel to stay at. The shower area and the toilet area are two different rooms and it was a bit strange but I guess that’s a common thing in Vienna.
