location the building is old and there are few materials. And receive a note because of a difference of 12 cents in cash payement.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. It is well located near Prater and close to the underground. The nearby Schnitzels are awesome (Reinthaler Gasthaus). The facilities provided were great and washing machine is a bonus. There is a lovely Asain restaurant next door and a very close convenience store. Great stay. A little bit of street noise and some expected creaks from an older building but neither was a real concern.

Decent location for Prater and Stadium event Basic facilities. I never got change from cash given. Not a place to stay in, just good enough as a base location.

Great location for our plans, great communication with the owner, easy check-in/check-out. Very hot (but at least there was a fan in the room), also quite loud early in the morning on the streets.

Very clean and comfortable altbau. It has everything you might need: a laundry machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fan, etc. Great location, within walking distance to Prater, Danube River, and public transport lines U1, U2, and S-Bahn.

It was adequate, clean and in a good location. I tried to reach out to the staff and/or owner at least 4 times for things such as a wifi code, and never got any response.
