Parking arrangement. No discount available for hotel guests.

location was great for my venue the hotel feels like a hospital, it's ok for a guy, I wouldn't come with my partner is quite simple, no charm. A palce to sleep only

Well situated — not in the “inner city” center, but a short metro ride away (4 stations from the central Stephansplatz station), or a little over a half hour walk for those who prefer walking. The room itself was clean, good shower pressure and temperature. Air conditioner worked well (but just a little weak). Breakfast was excellent — varied, and plentiful. Parking is convenient, in the same building (but accessed from the parallel street behind the building), although expensive at 22.50 Euro/24 hours. Finding the pay station for the parking was also a little confusing — you actually have to go outside the hotel and enter again through the Zone 5 parking door between the ibis and ibis budget hotels (adjacent to the ibis in the same building). Note, however, that if you’re there on a weekend, parking on the street (opposite side from the hotel) is free. The bathroom was clean, but a little small and dated (a bit of rust in the shower area).

Location was convenient and easy to arrive from the airport Room barely had anything. No fridge, no kettle, to toiletries, and the shower water had almost no pressure.

The cleanliness, arrangement, punctuality, security, and location The breakfast was too expensive and the quality was regular. This is not a big problem though, as the hotel services are amazing, and there are good restaurants and cafes around.

The location is the main asset here. The first room smelled badly of smoke so they moved us. Cleaning each day was handled strangely, someone would knock very early in the morning to ask about whether we want things cleaned, it was unclear when they would do it or why they would enter the room at 9am to inquire. Not cool. Also, like most hotels in western europe, the Air Conditioning is not real air conditioning and the room temperature cannot be managed at all effectively. They should not be allowed to call that system AC.

They don't vacuum the floor under the bed.

Everything’s great

Very clean room. The hotel is quiet. Very good breakfast. Hotel 3 minutes from the metro U1, to go in the centre , or to Praterstern train station. I have nothing to complain about, maybe the price is a little high compared to last year in the same area. Maybe you should have coffee or tea facilities in the room.

The room was spacious and perfectly suited for two guests. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. t’s about four metro stops from Stephansplatz, making it convenient to reach Vienna’s city center, though it isn’t within walking distance.

Position No mini fridge

The hotel was on a really good location, metro station is very close and it is connected to the main points of the city.

great location, clean rooms

Check-in time is much longer than expected. I have used the online form to check-in before arriving in the hotel - still I had to wait in line to get the key. There is always only one person working at reception. In case you are in a hurry - there is no other option at the moment than to wait to be attended.

Location and price was fair, staff was kind Many things were cut off. Like kettle was not available, tooth kit was even problematic. Sockets are far away from bed. No trash can.
-
Bad thing is they don’t have any snacks or vending machines there. I had arrived late in the night and nothing was opened and I couldn’t buy anything nearby. Also, there is no sockets in the next of the bedroom which was very disappointing. I was expecting a little bit more of the Ibis

Location was very good, easy public transport access. Breakfast was very tasty Staff was on a private call in the back room and even after asking 2 or 3 times to check in she ignored us. Only after a very long wait she came with the called still on speaker phone and asked what we want. Well, what do we want when we arrive with luggage in the evening, probably check in. The next day we wanted to have our parking ticket validated, there was a huge group of Asians who just arrived. They were all filling out the paper work so he could have just validated our ticket but instead we had to wait until all of them were done. We signaled a few times that the ticket was all we wanted. We also asked about the breakfast times. We were told "daily until 11am". There was no mentioning that on weekdays it's only til 10am. The parking lot could use a sign or two. I am not able to walk stairs very well. Unfortunately you have to walk stairs either up or down with heavy luggage.

Very nice room and a good breakfast. Location was excellent Was cash only in the bar after 10pm which I thought was a bit strange.

The bathroom should have teeth brush, and other things
