Reviews
-
The bed was very hard and the sofa the child slept on was extremely uncomfortable. We slept poorly.
-
No refrigerator, poor breakfast ( no hot food)
-
Excellent hotel facilities and room.
-
The only downside was that the rooms didn't have a refrigerator, which would have made our stay even more convenient.
-
Clean room and close to the station.
-
The breakfast was decent, but there is definitely room for improvement. The only thing we missed was a minibar in the room and basic tea or coffee-making facilities, which we didn’t realize were not included.
-
The bar was exceptional!
-
Breakfast was excellent!

Good location, clean rooms and friendly staff. The cleaning lady put the flowers in a jar of water (I had nowhere to put them), which was really kind gesture. The room didn’t have a fridge.

Location is very close to underground and bus transportation. Room size was fine for business travelers but small for vacationers traveling with multiple bags. I found it odd that the restaurant / bar tab had to be paid on the spot vs added to your room bill.
-
Very nice rooms and a great bar area in the ground floor of the hotel. The Stephansplatz is easily reachable within 15-20 minutes with the U-Bahn. The staff was very nice. The rooms were quiet with the windows closed even with the Prater area right next door.
-
Next to the hotel there is a burger place and a sushi restaurant that you can enjoy at night. Love the location. Room a little bit small, and there isn’t a fridge in the room
-
The breakfast was simple but very nice. The food menu at the bar was not very expensive but it was fine.
-
There is no coffee machine or mini bar in the room, that's s small downside otherwise everything is perfect.
-
Great location Parking is slightly difficult
-
Very basic rooms.
-
Very good location close to the underground and clean rooms I wish they had larger size bed covers :)
-
Place near Prater Amusement park, relatively spacious room, parking available (paid) Lack of coffee machine or kettle in the room
-
excellent facilities/lounge, very clean room, late checkout bathroom had a little bit of smell, expensive bar

The hotel is very clean and the front desk staff is very helpful indeed. As a matter of fact, all where very friendly and helpful too. It is just steps ahead the Masse-Prater subway station, which is very clean, safe, and once you get to know your way around, it is a breeze. Breakfast is abundant but it is all cold. It is by the Prater Park which is beautiful during Christmas. Beds were comfortable and the covers where fantastic! The hotel is unassuming in the exterior but very homey in the inside. Loved the family room set up. Really nailed it! Bathroom is minuscule! When you find out that the toilet cover can be used as a shelf when pulled down, you know you have little space. Not much bigger than an airplane bathroom. The view from the balcony rooms are non existent. Though location is good due to the proximity of the underground, you miss the local vibe of the downtown area, which is magical during Christmas. I guess the price justifies the little inconvenience since it is not at expensive property compared to other hotels in Vienna, which can be outrageous!
