The use of the space and it was very clean

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

The apartment was gorgeous and really unusual. We loved the layout with the raised bed and little kitchen area, plus the balcony was a lovely surprise! The whole hotel was very clean and modern too. It would be great if there was more signposting at the entrance that the check-in desk was on the 7th floor. It took us a while to find but we were very tired from travelling!

Pros: - Value & Staff: Best price in the area, very friendly staff, and great flexibility with check-in/out times. - Luggage & Refreshment: They store your luggage safely and even provide access to a bathroom/shower to freshen up before you check in or after you check out. - Location: Super central and just a couple of minutes from the U-Bahn and bus stations. It is a 15-minute ride (or a pleasant 30-minute walk) to Stephansplatz. - Bonus Amenity: Having a dishwasher in the kitchen area is a massive plus, especially for families traveling together. Cons: - Noise: Because the property is next to Prater, rooms facing the park experience a lot of noise throughout the day and evening, which can make it hard to relax quietly. - Housekeeping: Cleaning only happens once every three days. This leaves the rooms feeling a bit less clean than a typical hotel, and you sometimes have to ask staff to get your room cleaned. - Noise: Because the property is next to Prater, rooms facing the park experience a lot of noise throughout the day and evening, which can make it hard to relax quietly. - Housekeeping: Cleaning only happens once every three days. Nescafe machine was broken.

It's been just for two days, but I could already feel what 100% efficiency truly means when it comes to housing. Literally every small detail is an output of deep concerns of maximal efficiency. As a business man, I would like to operate a hotel like this in my town and let everyone see what perfection + design can be.

    Great location, clean and comfortable

The property is very modern and clean. The loft style room was very nice and made the entire room feel bigger. All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The fitness center could use some updating. The only piece of weight equipment was broken (unsure how long it had been broken or when it would be fixed). The gym had some dumbbell weights but in very low weight amounts - suggest getting higher weighted dumbbells.

    Bad smell around the elevator

If you are sensitive to noise filtering in from the Prater, this is not your place. But then why would you book next to the Prater, right? :D

The staff - evening and day time hotel Managers both went above and for me beyond during my stay

Loved the breakfast! The family table set-up and the combo of buffet plus one ordered main course worked really well. Overall the whole "vibe" of the hotel was one of community and shared experiences. And the rooms are the perfect mix of comfort and efficiency. Not sure if we caught a shift change with the staff, but the first night we were there for dinner it seems like we (and the solo traveler sitting next to us) were completely forgotten after we had already interacted with a server. Not until the solo traveler got up and asked someone did we see our wait staff again. Hopefully just a glitch.

Absolutely everything. The staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and so friendly, and the actual space is extremely cool. I love the common area upstairs that doubles as the reception. The rooms are really cool, and I thought the loft setup worked really well. There's a ton of cabinets and shelving, a great kitchenette, the bathrooms are great; I really cannot fault them at all. The cable machine in the gym was out of order, which was a bit disappointing. Food prices are a bit on the high side relative to the city in general, at least if you're just wanting something to serve as a meal, but there are plenty of options around.

We had a really great stay. The room was extremely comfortable and thoughtfully equipped — everything you might need was there, from dishes to coffee capsules. The bed was very comfortable, and we also received a free upgrade to a room with a balcony, which made the stay even better. The 7th floor space with the terrace is amazing — a great atmosphere to relax or work. Breakfast was good overall, although the à la carte options were a bit limited, and the smoked salmon sandwich was unfortunately quite dry. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. There was only one duvet provided for two people.
