The location is perfect and the bedding was super comfortable! We got an free upgrade which we appreciate! The only problem was the wifi connection. It was terrible and in four days we were not able to connect one single time from our room!

Location is unbearable, right on Graben and everything is within 5 min of walking distance. AC was set at 21 degree and was not adjustable. Also AC unit made a consistent load noise during the nights.

The location was excellent – most of the main attractions were within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was also great. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. The building is quite old, so the sound insulation isn’t great. You can occasionally hear noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms. However, this wasn’t a major issue for me considering the excellent location and service.

Breakfast was great. Clean room and AC The room is compactly tight but it's ok for quick stay. There was a buzzing noise that went off every 4 mins and it was super annoying. Wifi is off and on

Location is right in the heart of all the beautiful sites! The building is quiet. The people are hospitable, they held my luggage and placed my it in my room for me when I arrived early. The breakfast is so well laid out and eggs are made to order! I cannot speak highly enough of this place! Nothing

It is located in Graben! Staying at the center in Vienna, it is walkable to many tourist spots . Breakfast is filling. The Furniture has seen its better days.

Breakfast was OK, only eggs for hot food, The bed was comfortable, but base bigger easy to hit toes which I did. The room was very grubby, shower so small you couldn't turn in it, sink stopper broke, never replaced, Toilet in another room very small also your knees hit the wall when using it. Dirty walls, paint coming off walls,doors.

Very central location in the city centre, so very easy to access by underground. Rooms were fine and staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast room was quite small, so at peak times, finding a table for a party of 5 was very tricky. The public area (sitting room) was closed at 9pm so no communal facilities are available after that time.

I read the reviews carefully before my arrival: many guests complained about issues with hygiene, the presence of bedbugs in the rooms, dilapidated furniture, etc. It turns out that these complaints were either overstated, or the hotel's proprietors had taken serious steps to address these criticisms (I should note that these reviews were at least six months' old). My room was bright and well-maintained and--very importantly given the extreme heat this summer--the AC worked very well. I thought the breakfast was very good. Needless to say, the location is outstanding. The staff were also very polite and helpful. Overall, the hotel was very good value for money. I would stay here again.

Wonderful location in the heart of Vienna! Clean, good breakfast, good value of money. The facilities are old, basic but it is in a history building so I guess it's normal Decoration update would make the mood friendlier
