Loved the location and the shower pressure was fantastic. Nice and very helpful staff. Shower head was not set to hit your body so you had to hold the hand hold. Base from music could be heard from nightclub on next block. There was only one towel and no soap or shampoo in the room although staff fixed this quickly. The coffee maker also was a little finicky and malfunctioned spilling water/coffee on the tray.

2 yetişkin 12 yaşında bir çocukla sıkılmadan 3 gün konakladık. Apartmanın merkezi konumu, dairenin temizliği, giriş-çıkış işlemlerinin pratikliği nedenyile, bir sonraki ziyaretimizde yeniden tercih ederiz. Giriş saatinin 15.00 olması.

Simple room, but it does its task It was clean, the check-in was easy, it had aircon (we stayed in summer) and the location is PRIME. That's definitely the best thing. They also have cleaning service, which is great. They didn't have spoons or any cutlery, so we couldn't eat some yogurts we bought and kept in the fridge. The toilet and shower are a bit small.

Location was extremely good. Room was to y and view of courtyard o ly. Dark room. No shampoo as promised. Had to request soap and toilet tissue several times. Bed linens only changed once in 13 days. Room very basic. Terrible smell in hallway.

The hotel's place was very close to Stephansplatz, the shopping district, and the palace. I enjoyed my stay at the pension house. They were able to accommodate me for an additional night due to flight changes, so that was very helpful especially since I arrived very late at night. The customer service team was also very responsive. I asked about restaurant recommendations and they were able to provide me with that. There was a bit of a miscommunication about which restaurant had the best schnitzel and I was led to an Asian restaurant, but they got that cleared up. This was notable because Vienna can be a pricey trip.
