Convenient location within the walking distance to all the city landmarks. We travelled with the dog, and got a really convenient room on the ground floor, so the dog can use the inner yard. There is air conditioning in the room, and it is very bright and spacious. Nothing to add here, it is a great value for the money.

We could easily reach the city centre and had lots of restaurants and pubs close to it There was no parking available, and I had to go somewhere else. Staff did not bother to welcome guests. Also did not ask how our stay was. The breakfast staff was on their phones most of the time, and there were no tissues at the buffet. He was also loud when talking to other guests in another language.

This is not our first stay at this hotel, and it has become one of our go-to places whenever we visit Vienna. The location is excellent — really close to the city centre, within easy reach of Vienna’s main attractions and with very convenient public transport connections. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are good, the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, and the air conditioning works well — everything we need for a comfortable stay. For its location and overall quality, the hotel offers excellent value for money in central Vienna. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again on future trips.

Reasonable price, location, clean.

I liked the location next to Westbahnhof, and the lounge area which was comfortable and cool int the summer. Th room itslef was also quite comfortable and nice quiet view of residential street. The hotel turned out to be quite far form the centre but close to the U3 metro that took you to the centre. Thee was a mix up with keys and they gave me a key to an occupied room first, but sorted it out quickly

The hotel is located a short distance from Mariahilfestrasse and the Westbanhof train station. Private underground parking. Pet friendly The room access cards deteriorate after each use, requiring constant reactivation. The TV remote control did not work and although I requested a replacement several times, it was not replaced in any way. The bathroom ventilation emits a very bad smell.

Hotel in a good location, 5 mins walk away from Metro station. The family room didn’t have the main light working and despite reporting at day 1, they couldn’t managed to repair it and not even provide any alternative options (change rooms, emergency chargeable white room light, compensate etc)

The beds are really comfortable and the room is quite clean. There are elevators inside the hotel and the hotel is located in a quiet area, not central though. The staff seemed to not care much about their clients. Sometimes there were not even present. One of the nights our room card-key stopped working and we had to get down to the reception, just to find out that this happened to several rooms! The A/C was not really working, even after they activated it for our room. The hands soap machine was broken and the liquid soap was running all the time - we had to use towels or tissues to not start running everywhere. There was no phone inside room - every time you need help from the reception, you have to get all the way down there. However, regarding what we paid for 3 nights and the fact that we were in Vienna which is expensive, we cannot have high demands on what we booked.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Everything else was disappointing. * Great location. * Cleanliness was average. * Pillows were uncomfortable. * AC didn’t cool properly; we changed rooms twice. * The first room we received was not cleaned or ready. * We found many ants on the floor in the morning. * Service was average. * No kettle or way to heat water, even after we asked for one. * Overall, the location was the only real positive
