Air con. Modern facilities. Close to main town but pretty peaceful. Good connection to tram and the underground. More instructions on use of oven and key drop etc but staff very helpful when asked.

We loved the furnishings and the balcony and the location was superb! We wished there would be WiFi.

Great location, clean, stylish and well-equipped. If you are a light sleeper like me: this is a ground-floor flat, and the tram runs constantly on the street, which makes the whole flat vibrate.

- The location was excellent. We were able to get everywhere in Vienna by way of the street car stop two blocks up or the metro stop four blocks up. - The room was a mini apartment, so very spacious, which was appreciated after being stuck in a tiny room at our hotel in Cologne. - The room/facilities are worn and need repair or replacement. The vinyl flooring was worn/stained (though presumably clean) and was popping up in the hallway, outside the shower. The bedside lamp was broken upon our arrival. The shower door is not properly sealed so water leaks out into the hall. The back patio had broken limbs and leaves all over it. There was a chunk of Sheetrock missing from the hallway wall. - The layout could be better. The separate shower and toilet facilities were great but the placement in the hallway between the sink area and the kitchen, not so much. You basically have to step out of the shower into the hallway stark naked to get the towel. Fortunately I was traveling with my husband but it’s not a great arrangement if - I specifically booked the space because there was a small kitchenette. A kettle, Nepresso machine, mini fridge, stovetop, and small sink were included along with dishes and cooking equipment. A toaster and microwave were not included and much missed. I initially thought this was simply a European thing at first, but our next hotel (Budapest), provided a toaster and a microwave in addition to a mini fridge, kettle, etc. - The property managers are very hands off. They claim to have a 24-hour concierge but it’s actually a chatbot. If you want to talk to a person, you have to call their office (which closes at 3pm), email, or message them though when I tried to message them, I was sent to Facebook Messenger with no recipient or prompt. I’ve stayed at other hotels that are like this and they actually have real people chatting 24-hours a day via text, so I know it’s possible to have a better means of contact. We stayed for four nights so it would have been nice to have housekeeping once. It wasn’t clear how to book this—presumably through their non-existent messaging function.

Convenient to tram line, and the U-Bahn is about 300 metres away. Has a kitchenette and a good bed and shower. I really don’t like mould in the shower. It is really easy to get rid of and a sign that cleaning is sub-standard. The floor needed some attention (linoleum bubbling up). The room is a converted street-facing shop.which is a bit odd and can be noisy with pedestrians at night and the tram passing by sounds like a plane taking off!

Lovely location and lovely neighbourhood Very comfy and great cozy vibes . The previous reviews are exaggerating small flaws . The kaptain room 901 is the great with a lovely backyard.

Nicely decorated, extremely comfortable bed and good location. There were no tea towels

Beautiful apartment. We were in condo 902. Everything was clean. We loved the inner private yard. The place is quiet, next to Metro&tram station, big supermarket, coffee shops and etc. The neighbourhood felt safe. There was coffee machine with some capsules, iron, hair dryer, fridge, slippers (very useful for going outside in the yard). We loved it and I would definitely come back if visiting Viena again. Tip: the lighting is dimmable, you need to hold down the switch to increase/decrease it (by default it’s set to low mode).
