The check in was easy. We got a video and text from the staff, showing us where our key and room would be located We didn't actually see a person who worked there the entire time. The view was just a small courtyard and another building. There's a church close by and the bells will wake you up.

I really liked the facilities. It was clean and comfortable. It was a little bit far but it is just near the tram station, which is very good. I recommend here ?

The property is great for a short stay, very close to lot of attractions. Very good restaurants on the same streets and it’s around.

The room was spacious and nicely arranged. It was clean, and the style was pretty good too. The view from the window was normal, and the bathroom was good. The staff was nice, and the building itself was also pretty good. The location was very convenient for reaching the city center and other places, since the tram station was literally right in front of the hotel. The heaters were working, so the room was very warm at night. We aren't sure if there are other floors for staying in, but it would have been nice if we could have stayed on the upper floors, if there were any. They also don't have an elevator, though if you stay on the first floor, then the stairs aren't that bad.

Room was clean, quiet surroundings. Location was good. Lots of restaurants & food options nearby (Really good kebab stand across the street). Staff was friendly and helpful. No staff to be seen at the lobby most of the time, but they were quite responsive via message. Hotel lobby area was quite dark and dim, which I thought was rather unusual when I first entered, but just got used to it after. They charge 5 euros for luggage storage after check out. Pillow was rather soft.

It is a short walk away from the metro and West Railway station, in a very nice location and the rooms are very comfortable. Towels are changed daily. Totally worth the price. The front desk is also managed very warmly.

The location was very convenient, the hotel room was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in, and the staff was extremely friendly and proactive with their help with checking in. The wifi was very weak which made it difficult as I am from America so I cannot switch to roaming wifi/LTE at all. I was relying on the hotel to have functional wifi, however it was so weak that my phone often wouldn’t load.

Location of hotel was convenient for us. Staff was friendly. If you are looking for a basic room to sleep in while in the Neubau area for a couple of nights this is a good option. Room was clean and comfortable. There was a small refrigerator and an electric kettle. Nothing fancy, no expectations. This is a bare bones hotel. No amenities. Dining area/entrance was being used for storage. And there is a long, steep staircase to floor where rooms are. Luckily the young man at the desk carried my bags up the stairs, I wouldn’t have been able to easily do it. No a/c which was not an issue for our winter stay. But room was very warm, so we kept windows opened & used a fan that was in the room. Room temperature was a struggle. Couple of issues when windows are open, the courtyard below is a smoking area so cigarette smoke odor and odors from restaurant below fill the room. I love the sound of church bells, but there are a few churches very close to hotel so be prepared to hear the bells at all hours. Definitely not an accessible hotel, many stairs and shower is a very large step up to enter.

Check in process was easy, communication and interaction with the staff members were great. I saw one staff member waiting at the reception during the day and in the evening (not all day) who was very kind and helpful. The location of the hotel was great. It was very close to the tram 49 which travels to the city center. If you prefer to walk, it takes you 20 min. or so to the museum center and 10 min or so to one of the major streets (mostly stores and restaurants). The hotel is placed in an area where you can find lots of local small design stores, grocery stores, restaurants and bars. I found the area safe, pleasant, easy to access. I stayed in this hotel in Christmas time which was a very cold season of Vienna and I never had any issue with heat. Room temp was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle available to use. The room (bedroom area) and the bathroom are pretty large and comfortable in size. The hotel building is old and the rooms are divided into 2 different connected buildings. There is a common area but not attractive or used by any guest (at least during my stay). No bar or cafeteria in the hotel. It is important to know that there is no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs (a hotel staff member helped me with my luggage when I checked in but not during the check out since I left very early). The rooms are partially renovated, there is still room for lots of improvement. There was a twin bed for the single room I booked. Comfort level of the bed was OK not great. The location of my room was in the middle of the foot traffic right after the main entrance of the connected building, every time guests walked by my door, I felt like someone was about get into my room. The door didn't look safe and secure. I didn't experience anything negative during my stay but I was nervous the whole time.

I liked it very much, it was cozy, clean and friendly. Good location for my needs.
