It was very central to the subway stations and it was secure. It was very clean and there was a communal Lounge to use if you wanted to meet up for drinks. No fridge and no place outside to pull up to drop off luggage

perfect location, right in the shopping district. Metro station is right in front. rooms are very spacious, new and clean. free morning coffee/tea.

perfect location and perfect environment

All considered, it's a very nice place to stay in Vienna The price of breakfast isn't worth it, and I had some difficulty with changing the duration of my stay.

Location is excellent, pricing is good, check-in/check-out process is very smooth (the desk is unattended past 6, so there is a separate check-in process in that case, but it works well) All considered, it's a very nice place to stay in Vienna The price of breakfast isn't worth it, and I had some difficulty with changing the duration of my stay.

Spacious, clean room facing the courtyard. There was always some noise at 7 in the morning in the courtyard so it wasn’t as quiet as expected but I guess better than facing the street. The hotel is steps away from a major metro line so getting around Vienna was a breeze. Many restaurants and shops walking distance. Front-desk staff was pretty friendly and welcoming. The hotel doesn’t have 24-hour reception, which is odd for this price point. I stayed in a King Deluxe room; the AC unit is far from the bed and behind a wall so it didn’t cool down the room well. The body wash in the shower barely made any foam, seemed low quality.

Nice, small hotel, very good experience overall. Quiet even though it's on a busy street. Self check-in past reception hours worked well.

Fantastic location and incredible staff. From the welcome drinks to insightful info on the area and transit the staff made the stay really enjoyable. The room was clean, comfy and modern. Great lighting and decor. Rooms were smaller than expected and tough for two people to navigate with luggage.
