Hotel Henri Wien is just a 10-minute walk away from the Ringstraße Boulevard and only steps away from the Museums Quarter, Mariahilfer Straße, Vienna’s biggest shopping street, and the Neubaugasse Underground Station (line U3). Fancy hotel with a clear Viennese modern style, very well located close to Museum Quartier. Air conditioning in the room (very useful during heat wave). Just a bit noisy in the room

Although breakfast was not included in our reservation, fruit was available for guests, which was a very nice touch. There is also a supermarket directly across from the hotel, which is very convenient. The neighborhood was undergoing some construction work during our stay, but this did not affect our positive experience. Overall, it is a comfortable, well-located hotel that we would definitely recommend. The only negative aspect was the attitude of a female receptionist working in the morning. After we used a bathroom following another employee’s instructions, she spoke to us in an authoritarian, aggressive and disrespectful manner, even questioning whether we were hotel guests. Her behavior was unnecessarily unpleasant.

The room was cleaned every day, and the complimentary water, coffee and tea were replenished daily.
