Great location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms. Le Labo shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body milk were a nice touch. Breakfast service was a bit slow and disorganized.

Nice and modern cozy hotel, still smelling new, beautiful well designed room, fine linen quality, excellent shower, comfortable bed, nice breakfast, good position close to the museums quarter. Fantastic! Just one thing if I’ve to say something: a winter duvet covers the bed in summertime too, not offering the chance to use an over sheet only. That means that you must to keep the AC on all night long…

The staff were great - helped us plan our stay there. Super helpful and super friendly. The design of the place is really cool, all the little details are great in the room and reception alike. Bed super comfy, shower was amazing, coffee yummy. Just loved it! Location great as well, close to a subway station and the museums Only very small thing is we had a creaky bed but it didn't actually bother us.

The room was very spacious, clean, quite, well decorated and comfortable. We had an AC which was crucial during the hot summer in Vienna. The blackout curtains helped us sleep in and get some good night sleep! It was a nice plus to have a bathroom with amazing soap, shampoo and lotion! The staff was super sweet, especially the women who welcomed us during check-in. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back. There is really noch much not to like but the only think I noticed was that the entry tile area of the hotel seemed a bit dirty for how clean the rest of the hotel was.
