The location was good, and the spa made each day feel special. The bar/room service menu was a little limited, although what was available was enjoyable.

The junior suite is fantastic and has two balconies. The location is great. The subway is 1 min and the Cathedral 15 min walk. It offers free coffee almost all day. Very good service.

Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff throughout the hotel from front desk to room service, porters and cleaning staff. Everyone we spoke to was enthusiastic, polite and engaging. Large, clean rooms that are well maintained. Excellent breakfast.

Lovely staff, very welcoming. Location was superb! They gave us a sweet parting gift as well :) I knew I made the right decision picking this hotel. I was overly excited, and thankfully it did not disappoint.

A perfect location right in the heart of the Museum Quarter. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfasts were absolutely fantastic — everything was delicious, both from the buffet and the à la carte menu. Some details in the room could have been better thought out . For example, the power outlets were not very conveniently located, and there was nowhere to hang a towel after a shower. However, these were minor issues and did not significantly affect our overall impression of the hotel.
