Everyone who works here is incredibly friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. There are so many great services, and above all, the location is perfect—close to the metro and within easy reach of the city’s most important museums. I don’t usually write reviews, but this hotel truly deserves all the praise. Highly recommended!

Really spacious room, floor heating, separate wc from bath, included (but of course lacking) mini-bar, you get a Freitag-bag and you get a bluetooth boombox and the room even had a bottle of red wine, all was included. Breakfast has a good selection. Check-out is at 12:00, where most hotels only do 11:00 You get a a lot of contact (2 WhatsApp message, 2 Emails) for upsale and pre-checking. The Pre-Checking does nothing, as confirmed by the frontendesk. They are aware of the Problem, but you need the full checkin. Given the layout of the breakfast room (An inner rectangle for the buffert, and the tables around it) you will always have people walking next to you. This makes it feel busy and crammed, which i personally did not like.

Location of the hotel is great. Their rooftop bar was very nice. Bike rentals were very practical. I didn't like the fact that we were given coffee filter/ground coffee and it was not replaced daily. The concept is cute but it doesn't work. The filter paper would rip and it just lead to an expedition in getting coffee every morning. Also their restaurant would not sell breakfast a la carte. Only buffet for $29 or coffee/croissant for $8. I found it unpractical for those that just wants coffee. Another big factor in the room was that we didn't get Air conditioning. We were given a fan for the rest of our stay which was helpful.

Basic & Decent. The reception team were helpful and friendly, and service oriented Rooms were a bit small, but ok.

Cool vibes . Good breakfast. Cleanliness was not perfect. Single spare bed was left during 2 days in the hallway. Bedsheet had a hole. I asked for cotton pads, but couldn’t get any.
