The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious enough for 3 people.

The staff is very nice, respectful and responsive. They were very accommodating during our stay. The rooms are big, quiet and the AC works perfectly! They should have AC in the cafeteria and the lobby! It gets uncomfortably hot.

Really comfy bed, very quiet, breakfast with homemade baked cakes was excellent, all staff members were friendly and very helpful, location was good in a quiet street, strong water pressure in the shower. Close to public transport and easy access to and from the airport. The room could do with a lick of paint, the shower door did not close (and we didn't want to force it as it was a glass door.) You need to take the stairs to the first floor where the reception and the lift are.

Hotel front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. The outdoor patio and terrace are nice touches, though I wish people couldn't smoke there. I really like the wine theme. But the rooms could use updating/redecorating. I've been coming to this hotel for nearly twenty years and the guest rooms are now dated.

The room size is good, and the location. The room was cold, i was freezing in march, and they told me the temperature can’t get higher, so they gave me a little space heater. My room also had a hallway with window without curtains looking at the inside garden directly across their restaurant so i felt exposed with limited privacy.
