Location. Staff. Breakfast was really good. Super-clean. Hot in summer - a good fan was provided but we were on the top floor in a heatwave.

Location and Breakfast was good. You can easily reach to central locations. İn the room there were only 3 plug areas: 2 of them closer to the bed and 1 in bathroom. However, 1 of them was not working which causes issues like when we turn on fan, we were not able to charge any devices. Also, in bathroom plug was on the top of mirror which makes impossible to reach if u are not tall enough. Due to weather conditions, it would be good to put something thin to cover instead of blankets.

Very good position, close to the most famous museums. Tasty breakfast, comfortable bed. Very friendly staff, open to keep our bags even after the checkout.

The place was close to several modes of public transportation, it was easy to get to the city center. There wasn't too much noise from the streets at night. When we booked the room, we wanted one large bed, but after paying everything, we got an email saying that they are not able to provide a large bed, but will try to resolve the problem. In the end, we got two separate beds in the two sides of the room. Also, it wasn't very obvious that the bathroom and toilet is communal with 5 other rooms.

Although not on suite, The shower was fantastic, apart from the holder for the shower head being broke. Location was good Not having a toilet in the room wasn't ideal. The member of staff who did the breakfasts was obviously not a morning person. I would like to say nothing was too much trouble for him... But it plainly was.

Excellent location, helpful and polite staff, satisfying breakfast, spacious room, everything was perfect. A small fridge would be convenient, given that the weather is getting hotter.
