Everything about the hotel was fantastic. All the staff were so helpful and friendly - answering all our questions and printing off our tickets for the next leg of our journey. The room was perfect for our 4 night stay, comfortable bed, sofa, coffee machine and a great shower. Air-conditioning too which was a godsend in the heatwave. Breakfasts and afternoon teas (both included in the price) were generous and very high quality. We loved the area too - close enough to the Museum Quarter and the old town for us to walk everywhere. And several good places to eat nearby - our favourite was Ulrich, about 3 minutes walk away and open till late with delicious food and cocktails. Definitely want to come back here! Nothing. The only suggestion we have is for an iron in the room so we could iron our travel wrinkled clothes.

The reception went way beyond our expectation to meet our request. Hugely impressed. Best hospitality we’ve experienced and by far the best boutique hotel we’ve stayed at. The decor of the rooms was full of character and we love every bit of the details. Will definitely be back!

Everything, it’s more a special home than a hotel! The smell of flowers when you walk in, the afternoon tea, the super art, the atmospheric corridors- it just feels very generous and luxurious. Nothing.
