Well located, clean, all the time you find people attending the reception. Few soap within the room.

Great location right near Museum Quarter. Friendly staff. Shower was good. Plenty of towels and glasses for water. Really near the U trains. It was during a heat wave and the room was stuffy with just a fan. Opening the window didn’t really help. I could fine only one accessible socket (the 2nd was behind a wardrobe) and I had to crawl under desk to use it.

Clean room. The bathroom seemed newly-renovated. Close to the U-Bahn. There was no phone signal in my room, but the wifi was decent enough to make up for it. There was some noise during the mornings which the receptionist couldn't explain for some weird reason. I do get that people can be early, but that noise was a bit unbearable.

Location, cleanliness, everything worked The single bed room was more a cell with „view“ into a light shaft. Very spartan room.

The room was cold, when I went to the reception to ask for something to make it warmer their reply was that we just had to wait, told them we waited and it was still cold and they say they will check it up but nothing happened, we had to sleep with out hoodies as the temperature was kinda low

Great location, pleasant staff, easy check-in/check-out process. Rooms are definitely dated and super bare-bones. Was only supplied a single pillow.

Location was perfect, the room had everything that I neeeded. The walls were thin so I could here other people and there were some school trip but nothing that hotel administration can prevent.

Good hotel very clean if a bit dated - location is right next to the Museum quarter in the heart of the city Staff very helpful always available and lots of tourist information available too We did not use the breakfast services, as there are bakeries & coffee shops nearby We did not realise that there were no tea coffee facilities in the room. But the staff were on hand to serve hot drinks (at extra cost) if needed.

Fantastic location, host that greeted us was very knowledgeable and passionate about the city and sights, and was happy to answer our questions Security could be improved - you are able to leave your key at the desk, but we saw multiple different staff members who wouldn't have recognised us over our 3 day stay, anyone could ask for the key. Some form of check could be implemented for the added level of security The room was very hot despite not using the heaters, was a little challenging to sleep at night
