Lots of bugs and dusty :( many spiders and flies in my room … Showers and toilets were relatively clean.

I was locked out and could not enter room. Host did not provided needed access codes for late arrival even though they were informed well in advance. No one available to contact. No emergency system in place. I had to walk around an hour at 03:00am in the cold to find another hotel so I wasn't sleeping in the street. Being locked out.

There was an issue with the shower in my room and I was unable to get in contact with anyone from the property. The only methods of contact are through WhatsApps and a phone number that is not connected, which they never responded to. Due to the issue I did not stay in the room at all and had to find another place to stay on the same day. To this day I still have not heard back from anyone at the property and have been trying to request a refund for almost two months.

Location was pretty good and it was not very noisy. The restrooms and showers were not bad either. The code to get into my room did not work at all. I understand I arrived after the hours where they can respond, but there was absolutely no way for me to get into my room the first night, so I literally did not sleep at all the first night (which I paid for) and had to wait from 12 AM to 9 AM to receive any kind of response. Then they told me that since my code was not working, I had to use the emergency key. I asked why they did not tell me the code to get the key prior to my arrival, and they said that "it is an emergency key", but why could they not tell me the key code just IN CASE I were unable to get into my room? (which clearly I could not). It just makes sense to give your customers a second plan to enter their room, even if they do not end up using it. Once I got into my room, it was alright, except for the fact that the sheets and blankets were pretty dirty (you could see dust and hair on them). The Wi-Fi in my room was also horrible, so I always had to use it outside of my room. I was also not the only one who had trouble getting into their room. There were actually two groups of people who had this exact same problem. The first group was the day after I finally got into my room. They told me they could not get into their room, to which I said that they would end up needing to get the key to get in. The second group was the day after the first group, which could not get into their room, to which I also said that they would need the key. It just does not make any sense to me why they would not tell you how to get the key in case you do need it in the little instructions manual that they send you on your phone prior to your arrival.

The location was perfect for me, 1 minute walk to the bustling Mariahilfer strasse. Very good underground connections also. Very helpful and polite staff also. The showerhead is really big with good waterpressure and good hot water coming out.

personally i did not have a lot off issues with the check in or the room. Though the same cannot be said by others, who had trouble getting into their rooms, or they werent properly cleaned. Some of the other guests were talking about bed bugs. My room was clean though very cold, it is an old building but going outside of the room to the toilet felt as if you were outside in the cold. i believe the pictures are a bit out of date compared to the state of the rooms, bathroom and toilet. you are purely paying for the location, and expect the basics.

Very controversial. Staff is nice and friendly, location is truly in the city centre. But that’s it. Room was old and dirty, all the visible things ware clean. The cleaning lady is nothing to blame. Facility is super old though, not the style , they are just falling apart. The pictures doesn’t correspond to reality at all. Self check in is good and host let us drop the luggage earlier. The room is small and old. Bathroom has mold, it was disgusting to even use the shower. Picture show clean and white bathroom but in reality it’s dirty and luck ant bath tools. Very disappointing

Good location, staff were thankfully responsive to text (though that only lasts until 23:00 Room wreaked of cigarette smoke, when I alerted staff they said it may be coming from the hallway but it clearly wasn’t. The key code for my door didn’t work at check in, if I had gotten in any later the staff may not have responded to me desperate text. Walls are paper thin.

I did not have heat in my room for two nights AND it took 1.5 hours to get the keypad lock system to work upon my arrival.

Location Curtains were torn and hanging - not blocking light. Contributed ton noise outside began at 7am

It was amazing we booked very last minute and check in was till 11 but she said directly it was oke if we came little later because off our arrival and issues. Hotel room was super clean no hairs nothing shower was good they provided everything it was also super close to all the nearby sights to see in Vienna highly recommend this place for a short or longer visit Shower had sometimes not so much water pressure but oke I do not know how many people used it at this time in the morning soo we cant complain

Nothing Awful experience. The hotel couldn't provide us the check un instructions. We called the help line but nobody answered. They asked to send a WhatsApp message. After an hour we got the code to access the room. Too bad the door lock was jamed. We had to wait another half an hour to get a key. Once we finally managed to access the room after almost two hours, we decided to leave cause it was simply awful. The hotel management didn't even bother to write a line of apology

One of the best places I’ve stayed at and trust me I’ve been around;) it is clean and quite the space you need even for single rooms; quite accommodating; you have all the details you need from the moment you step inside and a contact number around the clock just in case you needed anything (special thanks and a shoutout to whoever handles this service)! This is without mentioning the PRIME LOCATION IT IS. Bathrooms are perfect (for men and women); showers with hot ? (quite spacious); this place is revolutionary; it changed my concept of hostels:) (Im surprised this place doesn’t have a 9.0 rating;) Nothing!

please invest into the curtains - thru were too small for windows

  • Engine customer Jul 2025

When we got to the hotel, there was check-in information that did not align with what the hotel communicated to us. The hotel was supposed to send us the codes to the building and the room, but failed to do so. When contacting them, they did not respond.
