Great location direct next to U3 Neubaugasse, lots of shops, places to eat around. Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, modern, had all the facilities.

Centrally located, some staff members were nice, large rooms, price. Long wait times at the reception became a major issue with the room cards malfunctioning multiple times every day, and staff member Elena was especially rude. Rooms weren’t restocked with bathroom products when we checked in, had stains on the sofa and were ran down in general. Shocking for a nh hotel, and for a 4 star hotel in general.

Valiu for.money close to most attraction, nice staff.

If you want room service, you need to ask for it every day. But it was not a big problem. Overall, everything was good.

Central location, near transport links. Wide choice at breakfast. Very quiet at night. Paintwork on doors etc in bedroom need painting. Would have liked a walk in shower.

Location is great, just next to metro Station. In 5 minutes you are at historical city Centre. Hotel has rather good Sauna!

Great location. Nearby the metro station and the main shopping area. Our stay at the hotel was very disappointing. The property is outdated and extremely poorly maintained, the lobby and facilities look like they haven’t been renovated in decades, and the overall atmosphere is unpleasant. The level of cleanliness is low, giving a clear sense of ongoing neglect. In addition, personal security is lacking: there is no control over who enters the hotel, and it’s easy to access the elevators and move around freely without any staff supervision. The overall experience falls far below a reasonable standard.

BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL . if you are handicapped or travelling with a disabled person this hotel is not accessible . The hotel cites accessible elevators and wheelchair access yet it has no rooms with an accessible bath . All rooms in the hotel have non accessible bathtubs. All rooms. Not once in the weeks before our arrival and throughout extensive corospondece specifically ordering an accesible room did the hotel state that it could not assign such a room - because non of the rooms are accessible. And so we arrived with a person with severe mobility issues to find that they could not occupy their room. We found ourselves at night , after an international flight looking for another hotel that could accomodate our disabled companion . Accessibility is not a matter of availability it is a basic requirement . A hotel that misleeds on this issue is not a trutworthy institution. SO BEWARE

Great location, freindly staff and sepacious rooms The cleaning service was not very punctual… always late when requested ….and after the cleaning service is done, there is always some things that are missing and not provided automatically… unless we request again such as tissue or toilette tissue

Access to property itself a little confusing. Immediate neighborhood ok. Mostly fast food restaurants.
