The beds were comfortable. Good breakfast. Convenient location when in transit. The carpet feld dirty. More like a 3 stars hotel.

Very nice position. Very close to the metro station. Quite zone. Parking underground. Uncoocked dishes on dinner orders (for exemple fish was uncooked and they charged us even the fish was inedible, and the explanation: because the kitchen is closed and it was the last order and there is no one left to cook it). Breakfast vs other years when I was at this hotel, it was a little more diverse, it is no longer as rich, although the price/person is quite high.

Plenty of space to watch a football match or have kids play. A la carte menu was very good. Contrary to the dinner, breakfast was so expensive and not worth the extra.

Fantastic hotel. Really kind staff — super professional. Very clean place. Rooms were clean and we were very comfortable. Breakfast was good, although I would have liked more variety of food. The location is very convenient: just less than 5 minute walk from the underground station to the U3 line, so it was easy to get to the city centre in less than 30 mins. There are supermarkets soon and the area is quiet at night.

Great hotel with a perfect location. The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. Supermarkets and restaurants are right next to the hotel. We also received free parking in the garage. Our kids loved the bunk bed in the room. Highly recommended for families! Air conditioning was so hot with no airflow

Close to metro and between the airport and city central. Huge reception. Elevators were fast and available. Good bathroom and I prefer separated clean and dirty sections. Seems like a converted dorm but well appointed furniture.

Everything was perfect! It is highly recommended. . You need to take public transportation to get to the city center, but it is well connected.

Price vs performance ratio is great. Excellent value, very kind staff. The hall feels like outdoor sitting, we spend an hour each morning over very good cappuccino. Rooms are clean and very comfortable even for 4 people. Bathroom is well maintained. Beds comfortable and quiet at night. Close to Inkplatz station, 12 mins from St. Stephans. Great for groups and families. Parking is available in the garage 100 meters after the main ramp. It's not clear where the parking is. Could help. Practically no English TV channel available.

Room has a lot of storage areas, table and 2 chairs to sit down. hotel had indoor playground for children which I appreciated. lights in the room were not working properly. I didn't report the issue to the main desk as I know that they were fully booked.
