Family room was clean and comfortable with additional room for the kids AC - needed during the heatwave Location is fantastic, direct metro line to Vienna city centre

Quiet ,Clean ,professional staff Nothing except beds were relatively small in width

A very nice hotel in a cool neighborhood. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The staff at the from desk was very friendly. Overall, I really liked this place and would definitely stay here again if visiting the city in future. There was self check-in procedure that was requested to be done online before arrival. Later I learnt that it was apparently not strictly necessary as it could also be done in person in the hotel. I didn't mind anyway since having completed the online procedure seemed to make the check-in faster.

Price to the Airport was too much

Room was very clean. Location is right next to Gasometer, very quiet part of the town at night. Metro just a few minutes from the hotel. Staff was great! I will surely stay here again.

The ac did not work during our visit at the beginning of May. We were fortunate it was not too hot, but still disappointing.

Room was nice and clean. This hotel is not an airport hotel. It costs 50 euro to get to the hotel. There is also no airport shuttle as advertised on the booking.com website

Location , underground train is just 2 mins walk away , small shopping mall just 1 min away and very nice japanese restaurant . Front desk staff and bartender are amazing

Service Table is very small in the room

We stayed in a room for four people and there was no door to the bathroom, so it was a bit awkward

This is a perfectly located hotel, very close to the Gasometer metro station and even closer to the Gasometer concert venue. I booked this place to stay overnight after a concert, and it was an excellent choice as the day was very rainy and I did not have to walk and travel in the rain much. The staff is friendly, and even though there were queues at check in they tried their best to make the process quick. The room was clean with comfortable bed and great walk in shower. Coffe and tea is provided and a bottle of water as well, which is a very nice gesture. The breakfast is excellent with several hot and cold options, and even some (like the egg muffins) that are different and more exciting than the usual "hotel breakfasts". There were plenty of tables available which is also a very positive sign. Overall, a perfect place for a concert, or for any stay, as the center is close with the U3 metro. -

The family bedroom set up was perfect for our group. It is difficult to find separate beds. It was nice we could save money and have all 4 of us in one unit. Clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and very accommodating. It was odd that there was no door to the shower area for the double bedroom. We checked in late and just made it in time to grab a last minute dinner. The price was high for the food that we ordered but we were grateful to get fed last minute. I was surprised at the location - definitely the middle of nowhere (only office/industry) but it didn’t matter because we were headed straight for the airport the next morning.

Excellent. Everything was amazing and good cleaning

Just stayed overnight, but I can say, this is one of the most comfortable hotels in Vienna I stayed in. A plus factor is the complimentary 750ml bottle of water (Römerquelle). Clean room, even the kettle is clean, lime-free. Friendly, hospitable reception.

Great location for concerts in Gasometer, plenty of public parking nearby, great value Nothing to say
-
We found no shoe spoon in the room.

The room was very clean and it had everything that I would expect in a hotel. The location is perfect for concerts in nearby Raiffeisen Halle im Gasometer. Parking is available in garage next to the hotel for 9€ per day. The shower was in the open and not inside the bathroom like I would expect. That means that the room is not suitable for family and friends.

Perfect location for a concert at Gasometer. Room was clean, beds very comfortable and great shower. Good breakfast, lots of options. 2 minute walk to the subway. Only thing that would have made the room better was a small mini fridge. Would have been great to have a place to keep drinks cold. Room was perfect size for me but luckily I didn't share it with the friend I was traveling with, would have been pretty tight.

Great location, friendly staff, super clean and safe, nothing was missing from the room, bed was comfortable. Nothing bad to say. Nothing.

Everything was clean with great isolation, the beds were comfortable and it's pretty close to the U3
