Everything was great.

The staff was fantastic and helpful with tips about Vienna. The hotel is very clean, new and close to the metro station. There is also a public parking where you can leave the car for 12eur for 24h right next to the hotel.

Clean , modern , 500 ft from bus station and U3 Bahn. You can arrive to major destinations within 30 min .We were able to leave our luggage on storage for few hours . All good !

The staff is very friendly and professional. The service at the front desk is fast. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere. I haven't had any bad experiences.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom excellent, very good shower, good hairdryer. The shared ironing board was good to have. Breakfast was always crowded and running out of items (such as yoghurt and fruit salad). Not enough space to hang up clothes or put anything away. Right next to the motorway!

Cleaning is not done every day. You have to tell them every day. Would be nice to do it every day automatically if you wish to. The breakfast is not very good. Feels a bit like fast food. Nothing really fresh. You get a tablet to carry around and have to put it in shelves after - exactly like McDonald. Most bakery breakfast is better and same price. The parking of the hotel is super expensive. Parking in the hotel garage is 20€ per day. They send us to a public parking nearby which is 12€ per day. But there is a huge parking garage next to the hotel for 4,6€ per day. It felt like they did not recommend the cheap garage (2 min walk) to make people use the expensive hotel parking.

Perfect stop for a couple of days just outside of the centre of Vienna. Clean and tidy and easy walk to the underground station.

The room was comfortable and well-equipped. The property offers breakfast and is conveniently located about 15 minutes from the airport. Parking is available, with both paid options and free parking after 10 PM, which is very convenient. The hotel also provides an airport transfer service. The airport transfer service is a bit expensive (around €50–60).

Didn't stay long enough for breakfast, had an early flight! Overall was good. Was able to check-in early and that was a HUGE bonus for us because we arrived early! When we went to leave (at 4am), there were people sleeping in the lobby?? That was surprising for my group, but we tried to be quiet!
