Excellent stay! The hotel is well located next to the metro station. The room is very spacious , and the kitchen is fully equipped. Also, the staff were always available to help with any questions. The only downside was the breakfast, which was quite basic and lacked variety. Note that room cleaning is not done every day.

We liked everything. This was an excellent choice: a very comfortable apartment, with everything we needed; a couple of minutes' walk from the metro; very friendly staff; limited but good vegan options for breakfast; unlimited tea, coffee and snacks. And very importantly for us, it was very clean and noise free, so we managed to sleep very well. My only complaint - and the only reason I don't give a 10 - is regarding the breakfast labelling. I am a vegan and, although I had been informed beforehand that the options were limited, the labels were not clear on what is vegan and what is not. It didn't display ingredients nor allergens. But the worse part was regarding the milk - instead of labelling the milk jars themselves, they used cards - which made impossible to distinguish the two identical jars. On one morning, the labels were mismatched and I nearly drank the lactose milk instead (hopefully someone tried it before me to make sure it wasn't soy milk). Should I had been lactose intolerant, this could have caused me real trouble. So I suggest improving this aspect.

The room was actually a studio apartment with a kitchenette, very spacious and a super comfortable bed. The nearest metro station is just minutes from the hotel. No-one was on the reception desk when I arrived, I had to go and hunt the staff down in the adjoining bar. The area is uninspiring and a bit ugly, but it's certainly convenient if you're headed to Erdberg bus station.

Excellent place! Clean, well-equipped rooms in a perfect location. The staff was professional and super friendly. Highly recommended for a stay! Nothing to complain about.

Holel was excellent. It is just a bit out from the centre and it takes 10 mins in the tube which is 100 yds away at 3.2 euroes per journey.

We both loved the hotel , it is a very high standard from the staff who went out thier way to advise & help when needed,to the facilities we were impressed, the bedroom was lovely & classy,the breakfast was plentiful & fresh

The good clean room with small kitchen by reasonable price in Vienna. The hotel is located nearby U-Ban station, about 15 min to get to city center . The breakfast is simple but nice. There is free of charge coffee in lobby. The kitchen in the room was very useful for us because sometimes we had no time to visit restaurants in the evening. We are completely satisfied by visiting this hotel.

Everything was excellent, loved the stay and the staff accommodated the wrong dates we booked by mistake! They could improve by adding slippers in rooms and earbuds
