Next door to U Train line and Tram and multiple supermarkets and 24HR vending machines. Beds were very comfortable. Dark lighting and hallways. Also key card system for rooms and elevators were outdated.

The room was fantastic and exceptionally spacious for a double room. I would especially like to thank the two ladies at reception, who kindly offered me an early check-in even though I had not requested it. This was incredibly helpful and allowed me to fully enjoy the activities I had planned for the day. See you again in November with our group from Greece!

Easy to take a tram or subway to tourist destinations. The bed was comfortable, there was a refrigerator and coffee maker in the room, everything was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. I liked it very much, but guests should know it isn't a fancy hotel.

Great location and very clean. We were on the 8th floor and had a great view across the city. Would definitely stay again. Nice to have a coffee machine and speakers in the room. Nothing major but since we were on the top floor and it has unusual windows, it meant that quite a lot of light came in through the blinds.

The property was clean and the location was well connected to the city centre The staff was not accommodating and the ACs in the room were not working properly.

The hotel is easily accessible from the u bahn, which is extremely easy to use and conveniently located for Gasometer. The room is comfortable with a particularly nice shower room. Cleanliness was excellent (I clean 4* apartments in a ski resort, so I'm picky). Staff are friendly, informal, helpful and multilingual. This is a solid, faff free provision. If like me you like a clean smart space rather than an excess of deko it's a good choice at a reasonable (for Vienna) price. The only downside really was that the Aircon was a bit loud and I did happen to visit on an unusually hot weekend. Under normal circumstances I doubt it would be necessary overnight though.

Location. Not too far from the centre via easy fast public transport. Walking distance from sim city concert venue which was reason for trip. Clean. Friendly service at bar. It seemed pretty easy for the room keys to get wiped. Probably coming into contact with mobile phone is the cause. Minor niggle.

Good hotel to stay 1-2 nights. The stuff is very friendly. Beds are comfortable. Good breakfast and coffee. There is a parking garage downstairs. -

Great choice! Spacious rooms, cleaning on a daily basis, kind staff and very close to bakery, cafes etc. Everything was great! The only thing I could comment on is that breakfast is rather expensive.
