Location, warm water, easy to use radiator. Underground transport network entrance is within 30 seconds walk from door. Drainage smell in the bathroom. Smell leaking back up from the drains. A simple P-trap would cure it.

The breakfast was good, and the location is amazing - right in the shopping street. The staff were always ready to help and printed us tickets even! The room is very clean and well-organized as well, the bed was comfortable and there are extra blankets and pillows! There is no elevator in this place, but the staff helped with our stuff and carried it to the second floor, which means going up or down many stairs, so it's important for us since we both have disabilities which made it harder to walk upstairs after a long day. The lighting is a bit dimmed.

If I have to mention one good thing — the breakfast wasn’t bad. This place was far from being a “boutique” hotel — dirty, tiny rooms, stained sheets, and unfriendly managers. The hotel has two sections: a hostel side and a hotel side. We booked a 15 m² double room with an ensuite bathroom through Booking.com, but they placed us in a 10 m² filthy, dusty room on the hostel side, right next to the shared bathrooms of that floor. We complained, and the next day they moved us to another room in the hotel section — where we found a tick. The following day, they switched us to yet another, slightly better room. We stayed a total of three nights. Since our travel plans changed, we had booked two nights on Booking.com and called to reserve the third night (because the site had a glitch). The opportunistic managers charged a higher rate than what was shown on Booking. Every morning we had to check out and bring our luggage to the reception, only to check into a new room later in the afternoon. It was the worst hotel experience of my life. If aI have to mention one good thing — the breakfast wasn’t bad.

City break Cosy room with friendly staff. Very clean Very good communication. Metro access just 2 min walk from the hotel. Hotel situated at the main street, plenty of shops, restaurants . Walking distance to main attractions in Vienna. The hotel would be a perfect choice for city break 2/3 nights

The staff is really good, all the people very friendly, which is something I do value a lot. I have been in a lot of places, and they were one of the most welcoming. The wi-fi was not working in my room. They need to improve it.

Location was best, and breakfast, room facility are very nice. On my 1st day, I felt bad due to the attitude of the receptionist. I think she knows herself.
