Renovated in 2015 and located directly on Mariahilfer Straße, Vienna’s biggest shopping street, NH Collection Wien Zentrum offers spacious, air-conditioned units with free WiFi. The Zieglergasse Underground Station (line U3) is right next to the hotel. The spacious and modern rooms are between 30 and 164 ft² in size. The large bathrooms come with a rain shower. Some rooms feature cooking facilities, and many offer views of the pedestrian street or the park. In summer you can have breakfast on the roof terrace and enjoy the views over Vienna. For lunch and dinner, many restaurants are nearby. The hotel’s colorful façade was designed by the famous Austrian painter Christian Ludwig Attersee. NH Collection Wien Zentrum has a private parking garage (at a charge) and a spa area with a sauna, a relaxation room, and exercise equipment. St. Stephen’s Cathedral in the city center can be reached by underground in about 8 minutes. The Westbahnhof Train Station is only 1640 feet away.

The hotel is very nice, clean, and well maintained, and the room was comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has an excellent location on a lively street with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby. It is a relatively small and quiet hotel rather than a large hotel with a spacious lobby, lounge areas, or cafés, but it is comfortable, clean, and very conveniently located. Personally, I find the main central shopping area of Vienna, about a 15–20 minute walk away, even more lively and preferable for staying. However, this does not take away from the hotel’s location, which is still excellent and very convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. There is no free parking, and the available parking is relatively expensive, especially for hotel guests staying for several nights. A reduced parking rate or complimentary parking for guests would have been appreciated. Other than that, we had no significant issues with our stay.

Perfect location, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient staff. They were responsive and helpful before arrival, throughout our stay, and even after departure. The location is well connected, and close to everything. The rooms are spacious, clean, well lit, and very well equipped. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Misleading room names, the room with extra bed is the “possibility of adding and extra bed” not an actual extra bed. So we were charged twice, once through booking and again through the hotel.

Perfect location close to the shopping in Vienna but also the main city attractions. We also very much liked to opportunities for lunch an dinner close by. The smell at the reception was not our taste. Please change if possible as it smells very cheaply. No other aspects to mention we did not like.

The room was very spacious. Very well organize. The location is very good. The breakfast was very good and tasty. The staff very nive. The lobby is a small and almost no place to sit, but to tell the truth its not so important.
