Great proximity to city square to pick up drop off bus tour and close to wine bars and food market. Had to carry case up stairs

Good location. Very attentive staff at check in desk. We had some plumbing issues. They gave us a different room, but it looked like those issues were nothing new. Other than that, everything was fine.

The room was very clean and tidy. It had great air conditioning. The shower was great. Breakfast was plentiful. They had plenty of choices to choose from and all very fresh. The staff was great both in the hotel and restaurant were easy to deal with. It was very handy to places to eat, the subway and buses.

The location is superb, in between Opera and museums quarter, 15 minutes each way. Large rooms with a pleasant interior. Very friendly staff, responded to every request. Despite the central location the street noise is not interfering at all Didn't find

Good location and close to everything. Plenty of eating options outside of the hotel. The room had a balcony but they won’t give you the key to open it. Breakfast is way overpriced.

Our superior room was really very spacious and air conditioning held up really well in the middle of serious heatwave. Service at check in with plenty of local advice and arranging airport transfer was good. Also parking garage while a bit pricy was very handy. We were only there for 2 nights but a good spot.
