The hotel was impeccable, the host Mr. Panus was exceptional, very helpful and pleasant The food was very good with a great breakfast selection. Highly recommend, you cannot miss with this one.

The hotel room was spacious and cozy. The entire hotel is stylishly decorated and has a unique character. We really enjoyed the breakfast, which was delivered directly to our room. The owner was very kind, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel is located near a very busy road and transport hub, so the walk to the hotel may not be particularly pleasant. However, the hotel itself is situated on a side street, and the rooms are quiet.

Mein host was very welcoming and helpful allowing us to leave our bags as we arrived early, meaning we could have a leisurely walk to the Easter market at Schonbrunn. We stayed in a beautiful large suite and the freshly prepared breakfast brought to our room was gorgeous. Only 1 minute walk from U Bahn station/ tram stop for easy access from/ to the airport Nothing

This hotel is lovingly presented by owner, Mr. Panus. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast selections are plentiful. Ordered the night before, they are brought to your room by the owner himself. The public areas are filled with art, curated by the owner. The property is across the street from the metro and tram stop. We found the neighborhood safe, both day and night, and within walking distance of several excellent restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

The host, Mr Panus is extremely helpful and welcoming. He prepared a place for me to park (for free) to quickly check in before I returned my car. The deco within the apartments itself was quirky with a unique arty Vienna feel. Absolutely loved it. Breakfast was also magnificent. Everything prepared fresh, order all you want, and served right to the room. Can't be beat! Location wise, it sits in the middle between old town and the other attractions so really nice location. Bus stop, tram station all nearby. And as noted by others, extremely near Westbanhoff train station, which makes it easy to arrive and travel out. As an aside, it's right next to Delik Kebab - must try! I guess the only thing is to have shelves next to the shower? A small matter tho!

The owner is very nice, speaks good English and would give a lot of local advice (restaurants, sites, transportation) upon request. Our room was extremely spacious, comfortable, and awesomely decorated! Minor: need a short bus ride to reach city attractions, but this bus is very frequent and comfortable.

It might have been the best stay in Austria. The owner was lovely and so helpful. And patient with our full blown energy kids (which is rare in Austria). The appartment was super comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. They even helped us with the laundry, which was very appreciated. I liked everything. Only thing missing was a shelf in the shower! Location is good but a bit far. However we knew this before booking. The bus stop is very close (like 1min) . For metro, you need to walk 10-11 minutes.

Interesting place, good for a night in Vienna - close to public transportation. Host came across a bit odd. Sketchy around tram station, would not feel comfortable walking alone there at night.

Our host was very helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Breakfasts were fantastic. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the pillows were perfect. Everything was perfect!

A family hotel with its specific touch in a very convenient place just a couple of minutes away trom all kinds of public transport. The host is very helpful and stays in touch with his guests all the time for useful hints and advice. The breakfast is very special and is served in the rooms, which is really nice and unusual. We wish the hotel to flourish. There is no lift, so it may be a challenge for some guests to go upstairs.

Quirky, clean and a good comfy vibe. Close to transport options. Breakfast was delicious and stunning. The manager was a bit sarcastic and at times I thought he was a bit too much.
