The hotel was very quiet and modern with a well sized room. The bathroom was fancy and the facilities were also great. Very close to the city center as well and the tram stop is just outside the hotel. For our preferences the beds and pillows could've been a bit more comfortable, but overall they were still okay.

Everything. The hotel was very clean and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent too. With lots of hot and cold options for everyone. And it was only a few min walk away from the nearest tram stop which also has a supermarket. Nothing at all. It was a perfect stay

Staff with wide smiles. Everything were good. Splited toilet and shower room is actually very good decision to do in the room. Choosing your cleaning days by scanning QR code is very modern and never seen before by me. By using underground available to get to the city centre in 10-15 minutes. BILLA that is the next to hotel works all days of week 6am-10pm. McDonald’s is there too

The hotel is pretty nicely decorated, new and super clean. Our room was big enough, mattress was comfortable, breakfast was good and had plenty of choices, the location is pretty convenient, as it is not in the inner city but not too far from it, with public transport options and a lot of good restaurants closeby. There is also a 9euro x day/parking nearby. The only thing I really missed was a fridge in the room, there no fridge or minibar either, which is needed to at least have some fresh water in the room. Also, I would suggest to put only bedsheets and not a full duvet on the beds, or at least to leave both, I understand in colder countries they are used to use a duvet even in summer, but when temperatures are so high as in 2026 a simple bedsheets is enough to cover, plus the duvet implies using the AC at night.

The hotel looks very new and well equipped. It is very well connected to public transport. The AC is great which is important for the warm summer. It was a bit complicated to find the hotel in the beginning when I solely relied on the GPS as the hotel is located in a building complex. The hotel lobby and restaurant looked nice but the super long corridors of rooms looked a bit creepy.

I liked the location and design of the room. The very long walk to the room, the temperature of 28 degrees in the room and no ability to change it, because as the reception lady said, it is automatic for all the rooms.

The hotel itself was fine. The room was modern, well designed and very well equipped. Everything was clean, and the staff were professional. The bar also served a very good espresso martini, which was a nice bonus. I have to mark down the location. While waiting for a tram outside Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof, my partner and I were stopped by three people claiming to be plain-clothes police. They repeatedly refused to show identification while demanding ours. Whether they were scammers or genuine police, the encounter was aggressive and, in either case, I suspect racial profiling was involved. What upset me most was that nobody nearby intervened. This isn't the hotel's fault—the staff were great—but it means I wouldn't stay in this area again. Vienna may be statistically safe, but it won't necessarily feel that way to every visitor.

Only a bit cheaper than other options. The hotel did not meet the standards I would expect from a four-star property. The room was not very clean, and the reception staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. I asked for fabric room slippers, but I was told they were unavailable and might be available the following week. The staff then said that I would need to buy them myself, even though slippers are usually a basic amenity in a four-star hotel. The room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. The shower area had no door or glass partition, so water spread into the room after every shower. This also made the entire room very humid and gave it an unpleasant and unhygienic feeling. The hotel is also located quite far from the city centre. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not feel like a four-star stay.
