The albanian lady at the reception was very kind There was no parking available at their paid parking. I think they should ask and inform guests in advance about lack of parking spots. And still it should be allowed to enter the parking to unload ypur lugagge, as doing it in the road in front of the hotel was impossible and dangerous.

All went well. Room was big clean and comfortable and breakfast was very good. TV was good as well with you tube. The room was also very quite despite overlooking the main road. Location was excellent as very near to underground train station. No comments here. I cannot complain about anything and I will recommend the hotel to friends and family.

It’s nice overall the facility The staff just completely ignored my needs with my room, my AC was not working making so hot and uncomfortable and told them múltiple times to figure it out and just ignored it

The room and bathroom were clean, but more attention could have been paid to less obvious areas; some spots were slightly dusty. The furniture in the room was quite old and needs replacing. It gives the feeling of staying in a very outdated room, which frankly negatively impacts the experience. One side of the bed was very hard while the other was very soft, which we found inconvenient. Also, at least cotton swabs and a shower cap could have been provided in the rooms. There was only one stirring stick even in the small coffee area; these small details should be considered.

Waiter was very helpful

The facilities of the hotel are very comfortable and made me feel in a luxury hotel, the staff are great and the hotel it’s very well located. The tram is on the front door and we were able also to do a lot of stuff walking, without taking any bus/tram/subway. Nothing that I really didn’t like or enjoy. All great.

We had late arrival because the winter bad weather our flight was canceled and we lost 1 night accommodation . We did not asked for the money back for 1 night but we asked at reception desk for a late check out and unfortunately it was not possible even the hotel wasn’t fully booked!

Good location close to west train station. Spacious rooms. Very good breakfast. Room cleaning did not worked

It's a nice hotel, with comfortable rooms, spacious bathrooms and a great breakfast, with a lot of options. Location is good -- the access to public transportation is easy and you can walk to the city center (30-40 minutes walk).

Beds were comfortable, good size room, bathroom was a good size with tub. The breakfast in the morning was really good. To get where we wanted to go you would have to take transit or a taxi. The parking rate was high per night. The air conditioning wasn't very cool, we used a personal fans to keep us cool at night.

The room was not ready by 15:00 to check in.
-
Room was nice and large with comfortable beds the breakfast was varied and excellent. Not enough hooks and shelves in the bathroom. The underground parking was pricey.
-
airconditioning is not good.
-
The location is very well placed with easy access and lots of useful shops. It is easy to get to and with many type of transportation available.
-
Location and cleanliness. Jacuzzi is set for 34 degrees which was kinda cold for us.

The breakfast at the hotel is really good—it’s clear that the kitchen staff put effort into their work and do a great job. However, the reception desk leaves a bad impression. Overall, the staff seemed unmotivated: it’s not always possible to reach them by phone. At the same time, they are aware of the existing problems but often take no steps to resolve them. Room cleaning was practically nonexistent. The trash was taken out, but that was it: the bed linens and towels weren’t changed, the toilet wasn’t cleaned, and the tea and coffee weren’t restocked. Judging by the reaction at the reception desk, situations like this are commonplace here. The towels weren’t replaced? “Well, I’ll let them know…”—and that’s it. The wellness area deserves a separate mention. The entrance door is faulty and doesn’t open on the first try. The front desk is aware of this too, but, as in other cases, they do nothing to fix it. In addition, the wellness area is visited by people from different cultural backgrounds, so don’t be surprised if you find completely naked people of different genders next to you on a lounge chair or in the hot tub—I found it rather amusing, but those expecting strict rules should keep this in mind. The administration does not regulate this issue in any way: there are no signs stating that swimwear is required, nor any indications that it is optional. Everyone interprets the situation in their own way.

Breakfast had plenty of selection and was very good tasting, including brewed coffee Staff was very helpful and friendly Connections to city very handy by metro and tram Room was facing towards busy road with plenty of alarm vehicle traffic - the noise of sirens were loud despite the good sound insulation Aircon was not effective No toilet seat showers

Size of the room, facilities of the hotel, very lavish breakfast, supportive staff N/A

It’s surrounded by trams and busses. Internet is horrible, jacuzzi water is so cold (we were told due the Austrian Laws they can’t heat water up more than 35), we couldn’t relax in the wellness area because it was cold as well.

The service in general was very good, the variety of breakfast was what we liked the most, the staff were very friendly and all this made our stay very pleasant ♥️ The only problem was the vending machine of the lobby wasn't working and it was difficult to get something to drink because all the nearby grocery stores close early; that was just the night we arrived from the airport, the following days we were already prepared with the shopping.
