Arthotel ANA Gala, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

No aircondition. I came to the room only to sleep because it was like a sauna. Even when I opened the window, it didn't help. Also, there's a mini bar in the room that doesn't work. Very old and not renovated at all.. I couldn't wait to leave there. There's a great hotel 280 meters away.

But it was very hot there. Acs were not working. No one was there at desk. Though it was mentioned in app that 24 hr desk service is available but we waited from 6:30 am till 12:00 at noon for someone to address our issue. Even we were ready to pay extra charges for early check-in and breakfast but no staff was there. Some staff was cooperative while some instead of dealing with clients were busy in their personal calls.

Air conditioning did not work. Rooms were not entirely clean. Please remove from the description that there is air conditioning because it did not work.

Everything was perfect

No we booked 3 rooms and the hotel didn’t have any room available and the accepted our request(while they dont have rooms available.

Location is good. Arriving at night to find no staff on-site to complete the check‑in; we waited one hour before someone returned the phone call. • Not receiving the required access code, making entry unnecessarily difficult. • Poor communication, which caused further delays and confusion. • Staff who were consistently unhelpful and unwelcoming, adding to the overall negative experience. • Being assigned Room 401, which was unacceptably dirty, forcing us to request a room change the following day.

The room size was ok Breakfast was so poor Staff did not care about the guests at all The heating system was nor working and they did neither repair nor changed the room!! The receptionist was absent from 7pm and was not answering to urgent phone cals

The first room we received was very old and looked nothing like the photos on Booking, so we asked to change it. The second room (in the photos) was better, but the bed sheets were dirty from the beginning, with stains and visible dirt. We expected housekeeping to replace them, but that never happened. During all 4 nights, the bedding was never changed — no matter how many times we asked. Housekeeping only rearranged the bed without replacing the sheets, even after we spoke directly to the reception. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and definitely below basic hotel standards. I hope the hotel improves its cleanliness and service.

I booked a triple room just to have a balcony which was not available. I would suggest not to advertise a room with balcony if there's aren't any. It is a little bit misleading.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. The location is good, with a tram station 3 minutes away. Also, the people at the desk were very friendly and with good disposition to help. I really recommend this hotel and I would definitely come back here if I am ever back in Vienna.

Price was good. Location not bad, but not so close to the center. Worst beds i have ever seen in a hotel. The double beds were really small, like less than 140cm making it hard to fit a couple comfortably. Matterasses were very very hard - the whole family felt back pains in the morning. Rooms walls are very thin, hearing the neighbours and people passing infront of the door. Cleaning ladies woke us up 2 times while cleaning the neighbouring rooms in 9h in the morining, laudly speaking to eachoteher - i had to ask them to be more quite. In general we had the feeling the staff did not care and 80% of the time there was noone at the reception. Whole place were smelling like cigarets as there was a staff member constantly smoking outside and sometimes in the rooms being cleaned.

Close to U6. The room darkener let all the light through, it did not darken the room that made a long sleep impossible. We woke with the Sun. :(
