The location and the staff was absolutely fantastic Was very clean and the food was excellent

Rooms are very confortable. AC works well well. Is located in a good area. Beds and pillow are very comfortable and the service was excellent Breakfast is the best. Plenty options to pick from. Everything is organic. You can select as many items you want and those are brought to you by the waiter

Large bright sparse modern room. Great old town location. Nice breakfast. Great staff. Quirky in a good way in a late-19th century courtyard building. Wifi in my room was not great, this needs to be upped. I did not mind the "exposed" bathtub shower, but more modest people might want to check on the bathroom arrangements. The toilet was in a separate enclosed room in Central European fashion, so that is not an issue.

Breakfast was very good. The room layout was not good. The bath was out in the open room and very difficult (dangerous) to get into due to a narrow ledge. The sink was also out in the open room away from the WC... strange.

Very unique decor! A little confusing to find and get into, but once inside, it was great.

Good location The air conditioning system does not keep the rooms or common areas cool. During the heat wave, our nights were uncomfortably hot and sweaty.

Our room smells cigarettes

The staff was amazing, helpful and friendly, every one. We loved the location. It was quiet and yet very close to all that the city center offers. The bed was comfortable, and the room was functional in well designed. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The two bikes that you could borrow for a nice touch. There are a few things that would have been better for us. The sink did not have a stopper, which is bad both for contact lenses and because we could not fill the sink with water to wash our face or small items of clothing. Also, it would be great if there were more towel, racks or towel hooks. We did not have any cleaning or fresh towels replaced during our stay which was three nights. This was our choice, but to make this easier, it would be good if there were more places to hang them. Even a couple of knobs near the shower would have been good. I mentioned these things to the front desk. The only other thing is that it would be good if the room came with a small set of instructions on how everything worked. We find as we travel in different countries that things work different ways and there were a couple of knobs that we still never figured out what they were for. Finally, it was really nice to have two bikes to borrow. But it would have been good if they had an Allen wrench or other tool to adjust the seat and handlebar a little better. They are cute bright orange cruisers and we had a fun day with them though.

Loved everything. The location was perfect. Walking distance to city center. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional and welcomed treat on our travels. The room was large, comfortable and accommodating. Had the pull out bed ready and made. Staff was helpful in giving walking directions, train directions and restaurant recommendations. Everything you want at walking distance (as a tourist or even if you’re visiting as business work) Breakfast was superb. There is no variety in the breakfast if you’re staying there for one week. Everyday same breakfast is bit boring, but the everywhere in Europe. They should change the mattress now.

Very nice, clean and large room. Breakfast was great, and the afternoon snack period was a nice addition. There are two doors that access the building the hotel shares with apartments. We used the entrance and elevator for the apartments and could not determine how to get to the hotel. More clarity on which entrance to use in the confirmation email would be helpful. This may change if/when the new reception area is open.

We stay in the family room at the top of the building which was amazing - only slight drawback was there was only one toilet in the apartment.

Perfect location, wonderful staff! Room was not big, but quite adequate! Nothing!

Breakfast was fabulous, with made-to-order eggs and a great selection of pastries and fruit. The hotel is very beautiful, and the room I stayed in was huge. The staff were excellent and provided complimentary snacks. The location is also ideal—close enough to the main attractions, but in a quiet area that allows for a good night’s sleep. Nothing
