Location Do not stay here during the summer—there is no air conditioning. Our family (3 people) stayed from August 8 to August 11, and the lack of AC made it nearly impossible to sleep. On top of that, the room was cramped, and the bed was small and uncomfortable. At $150 per night, this stay was definitely not worth the price. Given our experience, I am surprised this property has such high ratings online.

Really great place close to everything! We were there only for one night but we would definitely come back again. We loved their breakfast, it was very good quality and the cakes!!!amazing!!! The room was small but efficient, i would say the AC is the only one missing but i can understand why that is. Super nice place, absolutely recommend!

The accommodation was well-maintained and clean, and the check-in and check-out processes went perfectly smoothly. There was always someone available at the reception. A huge plus was the free cold water provided in the lobby during the extreme summer heat. The themed rooms are adorable; we got the school-themed room complete with a chalkboard and a pencil-shaped toilet paper holder, which really brightens up the guest experience. The place is also modern, using key cards for access. The inner courtyard is very green and looks great. I would have loved to spend more time there, but guests need to be relatively quiet because sound travels easily to the rooms if even a single window is open. On the bright side, absolutely no street noise can be heard from the inside. The main reason I definitely would not return is the lack of air conditioning. I am fully aware that it is rare to find places with AC in Vienna, as it is usually reserved for 4 or 5 star hotels and more expensive locations. However, with daytime temperatures reaching 36 to 38 degrees Celsius and 30 degrees at night, it was impossible to get proper sleep. The small fan they provided did not help at all. I could not rest during my stay, which leaves me with a negative overall impression. Of course, the hotel is not to blame for the heatwave, but this is an important factor to consider for anyone traveling here in the summer.

The room was quiet. Location of the hotel was convenient within walking distance to many restaurants and public transport. We came to know about Vienna city card through the staff which was very helpful There was no A/C. Had to borrow an extra table fan. In the sweltering heat two little table fans were not sufficient. The bathroom and toilet were very snug and separated from the sleeping area with just a curtain. It was quite inconenient to dress with just a curtain between me and the family. The room was suitable for a couple maybe but definitely not a family room

Fantastic Eco friendly hotel, I extended several days and enjoyed myself....I would return! Note there is no AC on the warmer months.

Exceptionally good breakfast, escpecially when the inner couryard is open, on open air. Nice styling, clean, comfy and purposeful room. Very friendly staff, close to the Westbahnhof, excellent public transport connections. Parking in Vienna is super expensive, so the 24 EUR/night option across the street is an actually good offer. Still wondering why there were like 80% of the parking spaces empty.

The double room was spacious; and the bathroom is very clean. The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel was close to public transport and shops. The area feels quite safe for a solo traveller. My assigned room didn’t look like the photos displayed when booking. Instead of modern furniture, there were a range of old vintage wardrobes and vanity sets that were more decorative than they were useful.

The room was clean and nicely decorated, the staff was very nice, and it was easy to find parking for our rental. I wish breakfast had more vegan options, for example vegan cheese, tofu omlette, lentil flour omlette.

A very elegant hotel with unique interior design. Fantastic courtyard breakfast. Spacious and clean rooms. The third floor hallway can get uncomfortably hot and the only window in that hallway doesn’t open.

Clean, stylish, with a great breakfast (high food quality, coffee machine with oat milk option). The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the amount of seating in the room (sofa, chair and a footstool). No AC, the bathroom is essentially just a plastic capsule inside the room.
