Good location. I wouldn’t recommend this place for business trips. The hotel issued an incorrect invoice and is avoiding contact. It isn’t replying to simple emails.

The room was nice Getting room service was very difficult. The cleaners didn’t clean the room properly.

Hotel has and old-wordly feel. Good to hear live piano music in the evenings from very good pianists. So easy to walk out and be in heart of Wien (Vienna). Beautiful city and the zoo was wonderful. Took an age to get a drink when sitting in the bar listening to pianist. Breakfast experience a bit stiff and some seating in poor location.

Location is excellent. The staff were very pleasant. The bathroom had an almost inaccessible shower. The climb into the bath for 2 elderly ladies was difficult and dangerous. There was only 1 bedside table

The location is amazing. Central to EVERYTHING, all major sights, shopping and restaurants. Our bedroom was stunning, huge bathroom and separate WC. Breakfast was delicious. Offered a huge variety. The concierge was superb. We sat outside in the Rose Garden many evenings with a glass of wine. Nothing

The staff of reception wax so friendly and co operative especially muthana and concerge man Waleed. The location perfect. The majority of the hotel hallways leading up to the guest rooms suffer from a foul smell. The corridors are carpeted, and while it is obvious they have been washed several times due to soiling, deep stains are still visible. The odor emanating from the carpets is entirely unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber
