A little bit from downtown, so you have to walk/transport a bit to find some good restaurants/cafes.

Transparent bath cube. French balkony. 1. Air conditioning: room temperature coldn't go to acceptable value. It was uncomfortably hot. At the same time the floor corridor had good temperature. 2. Missing teaspoons. Paper cups for tea along with the normal coffee cups

Very clean and easy acces by train I would like to have a fridge in the room and an iron.

Location was great, walking distance from west Bahnhof subway station. Room was fine, we had one queen bed. But good price so as long as you don’t mind the lack of frills, it’s good enough for what you pay. No coffee maker, only kettle and instant coffee packages. The bed was also a little too hard. Shower was interesting, in the middle of the room with glass walls!

The Hotel is very convenient, close to a Metro station. The staff is nice. Our double room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. There are curtains to block the light which I really appreciate and no loud noise at all. Breakfast wasn't included in my stay but there are a couple of nice cafes near by which I recommend. Great experience overall, I would definitely recommend it and come back here! Looked like the fan in the bathroom wasn't working, not sure if it was normal or just out of order. Everything else was great.

A small area for improvement would be more frequent room cleaning, and the body wash container was empty on my first day. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

The shower is in the middle of the room. The carpets seem not to be clean enough. However the bed was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was rich
