Nice location, modern rooms, quiet. Air conditioning could have been better. I will grant that it was exceptionally hot weather, though.

The location was very convenient to transportation, schnitzel and cafes. Our big group met for breakfast on the patio and we were permitted to relax and enjoy the morning. All good

We were there during a heat wave with 40 deg C temperatures. The aircon in our room couldn't keep up so we had a very sweaty night. Opening the windows wasn't an option as it was hot outside.

We stayed in a room where the bathtub was built into a knee wall, which made taking a shower quite challenging. I think this was specific to our room rather than the hotel in general. Other than that, our stay was wonderful.

The room we stayed in had multiple issues. It was shabby, the beds were hard, fittings such as net curtains and table lamps had seen better days and the aircon could not cope at all with the temperature. Staff did provide a fan which helped a bit.

The facility was on the old fashion side, room was surprisingly small, air conditioning wasn’t very efficient. It was the hottest June, it wasn’t comfortable to sleep. The front desk was helpful, found us a fan.

Location, friendly staff, value for money spent Beds (twin beds at our request) were old, uncomfortable and noisy.

We needed to walk quite a long distance from the front-desk to the room. The decor is a bit outdated and the room was noisy in the morning, due to service carts rolling on the tiled floors right outside. Also, a socket was installed next to only one of the two separate single beds. I understand that the Eurovision song contest was taking place in Vienna on the day we arrived, but in my view, the price was still unreasonable for what the hotel has to offer.

Nice location, friendly reception staff, able to leave luggage after check out. Large rooms. Bed was very, very firm in our room. However, the bed in the other room our family booked was not, so perhaps we were just unlucky. Lots of stairs to get up to our room - there is an elevator but that only takes you to the main floor. We then had to walk up 20 steps whilst carrying our heavy luggage with us, which wasn't ideal
