Everything was perfect. Even though, the room is "on the street" (meaning there is a restaurant few meters away, busy streets,...) the windows and doors are "air-tight", so no sound comes into the room(s). The location (from where I am working) is amazing (5min walk). The bed is comfortable. Top, really, 10/10! /

I liked that the place was clean and the area is quiet I.Staff were awful , unprofessional 2.Room door on the street , door and walls are glass and covered with curtains so you feel like no privacy 3.no front desk you have to suffer to get the key 4.the shop next to the room I think is cafe stays open after midnight with loud music and people noise

Location is good and the studio is large Worst check in process I’ve ever encountered

Very cold in room and missing remote control for heater. Bed was soft and pillows were flimsy.

Too hot and AC not working so had to open window which caused morning noise

Great location and proximity to all essentials, and 10 min walking distance to city centre. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants. Easy access to public transport. Apartment equipped with all amenities for a great stay. N/A

fantastic location, 1 minute away from Karmelitermarkt and all it's goodies (bars, caffes etc), superclose to the center of the city (just across the river). very cute and cozy inside. nice interior design. coffee machine. dust flakes on every horizontal surface (on the top of the kitchenette, above the hangers, on a giant vent pipe right above the bed and even on the top part of the shower). also the walls were not clean and the wifi wasn't great

I loved the concept and the cooking amenities provided! It was in an old lamp store and while I didn't understand the concept until we got there, I LOVE IT! IT was so cute and cozy and customer service was extremely communicative. The bed was the most comfortable I'd had in our 10 day travels. It was the cleanest place too, thank you! I didn't like the glass shower door as I was traveling with a female friend and we had no privacy while showering. Someone had to go sit in the kitchen while the other showered. The glass shower is super sexy though if traveling with a spouse as it is in front of the bed. For a girls trip? I would have loved to be able to pull a curtain closed so that the other can still be in the room comfortably.

I was, unfortunately, very disappointed with my stay at this accommodation. The room was uncomfortably cold; although there is underfloor heating in the bathroom and a portable heater provided, these are insufficient to adequately warm the space. Additionally, the shower area showed visible signs of mold and emitted a strong, unpleasant odor, which made it difficult to use comfortably. The listing on Booking.com also states that the property provides a TV with streaming services. However, the television does not allow guests to sign in to any streaming platforms. When I contacted the staff for clarification, I was informed that streaming services are not available at all. Furthermore, I was unable to access regular cable television.

I booked this place using the “Hotel” filter on Booking, assuming it was an actual hotel — but it turned out to be a disguised Airbnb. I reserved two rooms under the same booking, and to my surprise, they were located in completely different buildings, about a 12-minute walk apart! Both rooms were at street level, more like converted storefronts than hotel rooms. This was very unexpected and frankly absurd — when you book two rooms under the same reservation, you naturally expect them to be in the same location. The listing also mentioned “baggage storage,” but this service was located far from both rooms, making it practically useless. In terms of cleanliness, Room 207 had a dirty dishwasher and fridge, which was disgusting, and Room 232 had a dirty bathroom, was very humid, and smelled strongly of mold. Overall, the experience was disappointing and misleading compared to what was advertised on Booking.

They were still cleaning the room 30 minutes after our scheduled check in time, which was after our flight to Vienna where we had been awake for over 24 hours. The entire window next to the street is entirely glass which is a little creepy, though they give you a curtain to cover it. The shower smelled like a fart (mildew).

Beautifully designed huge apartment in whatvwas a lampshade maker's shop. Everything is thoughtfully placed, and i could see this as a long-term stay, too. The location was peaceful yet still close to a few cafes and a 15 min walk to the main touristy part of town on the other side of the river. Great kebab place at a three minute walk too! Wifi was a bit spotty. And I found it a bit weird to be on the ground floor with the huge windows of a shop front. I'm big on privacy, so I had to keep the curtains drawn always. But if the windows were frosted, I'd have had no problems.

ground floor and no people - as a woman traveling alone in a new city - was a bit nervous to go out at night alone - if anyone were to follow me back to my hotel uninvited - no one would know...

We've never been in an Airbnb so your setup was strange at first but ok when we got used to it. Toilet door would not close. Lotion did not dispense but it was alright since I can't stand strong scents. Perhaps unscented Lotion and soap per request? We arrived early and had a problem with where to stow our luggage. Other hotels allowed us to stow our stuff with them while waiting for check in time. I understand your unique setup but maybe this is something you can work on.

Room was spacious and comfortable, walking distance to tram stop and also to the city centre. Big shower, functional kitchenette and dining space. The bar next door was busy during the weekend evenings as expected, so if you are a light sleeper maybe it would be a problem.

It was close to the station and the environment was ok.. We were able to enter the apartment 1 hour late because it wasn't cleared in time. There's no windows, and the room was airless... But worse, the room smells like waste... Since there is no window, we had to keep the door open sometime!! Also, WC has a door but no door in the bathroom. Privacy is not possible. TV was not working and air conditioning was not cooling enough!

Close to shops and metro station. Was clean and good quality bedding. We stayed in room 205. It was situated next to an aperitivo bar. When you open your door, you see their tables and chairs outside. No fresh air. There was a foul smell in the bathroom and the extractor fans didn't seem to work.
-
Great amenities with really big rooms. Loved that there was a proper table & chairs to down for dinner & work.
