It was clean, breakfast is really good and the shower is perfect. It’s close to the metro station and the neighbourhood is quiet. They could have a minibar in the room.

Breakfast could definitely be improved, as it doesn't match what you would expect from a four-star hotel in Vienna. The selection was exactly the same every morning, with limited variety. Surprisingly, this was the first hotel I've stayed at that didn't offer either scrambled or fried eggs for breakfast :). The fresh waffles were a nice touch and probably the highlight of the breakfast. The staff were generally polite, but at times they seemed a bit disorganized.

It was a little more outside the city center than I thought, about 20-30 min via train/bus. But not terrible. The staff wasn’t always friendly, but overall helped with what we needed.

The AC is a bit too hot it would never make the room full cool. And the breakfast is so mid, it’s not worth it at all, barely any good food and not a great variety of food.
