WARNING: POTENTIAL SCAM / DO NOT BOOK When I arrived at the property, the room was a complete mess, filled with someone else's luggage. The host kept telling me to wait, and then demanded that I cancel the reservation myself. (If you cancel it yourself on the app, you won't get a refund!). Even worse, there were several other guests waiting outside who experienced the exact same thing. It felt like a deliberate scam to take our money without providing a room. Avoid this place at all costs!

It was all we needed, a bed and bathroom. Nice touch with the mini fridge A few inconveniences that could have improved the room- TV doesnt work, right hand window didn't open, blind didn't work too, faulty lamp, broken toilet flush, broken toilet roll holder, shower head could do with cleaning,

The location was near HBF, clean room, modern design, i especially like that you installed youtube in your tv, so we can watch and use the TV. As a foreigner some hotels only shows local channels which makes the TV useless since we don't understand deutsch. nothing in particular

The location was right by hauptbahnhof so great loaction It had the most disgusting smell in the room and bathroom. It smelt of mould and sewage. One night sleep there was enough to make me vomit in the morning- no exaggeration. There was no key for the room instead a long code was given to me which was not easy to remember. While i was out my phone nearly ran out of battery and if it did run out i wouldn’t have had access to the room. There is no wifi- i contacted the number provided but had no answer and no help from staff. I wrote to staff after about my issues and received no help.

We liked this location and how room looks ,but there was a discusfull smell from the bathroom and in a whole room. So we wrote to the Booking customer support, because the manager of the property didn't answer us. We didn't have any information about wi-fi, so there wasn't wi-fi.

Comfortable bed and clean apartment. Very small space in the room. There wasn't any coffe/tea brewing equipment despite the information on the room site.
